Ordered rug and was to be delivered on 8/13/24, Still NOT delivered. Disgraceful.

Wayfair customer service Representative that I spoke with at Wayfair was professional and polite. I do not and will not recommend the The company that assembled the furniture. The Technician left before the job was complete. No follow-up from Handy my experience was totally unsatisfactory.
I recently purchased 2 boxes of your TTTA1115,12x12 peel and stick subway backsplash tile by Tic Tac, order # 3463732376 for $85.91. I have asked a number of times what can be used for the corresponding countertop. I had been speaking with your Customer Service Representative, Sam, through emails. Over a week ago he asked for my order # for the tiles I had purchased and other info., which I immediately sent him. I have since contacted him twice, but received no response. I am still waiting! Since I have time constraints, I decided to just purchase another box of backsplash tiles for the countertop for $58. I probably threw out my money, as these tiles are not meant for the countertop. I wanted to let you know I have been an avid Wayfair shopper for years, but am extremely disappointed in your Customer Service -- which most likely will stop me from ordering from Wayfair in the future.
I could go on and on but I tell you what, Wayfair is beyond awesome. Their customer service is by far the best! They are all so nice (I talked to 3 of them). I can't even put it into words. However, I will let everyone I know how wonderful I think this company is.
We have ordered several items from Wayfair in the past. Today we received our lamp that we ordered. The shade had some cracks in it. I called Wayfair customer service and spoke with "Ubie". I told her what had was wrong with the lamp and the next thing she said to me was "we will ship you a new one out". No problems at all. This is great customer service. Thank you Wayfair. We will be ordering from you again.... Denise Hart
Was.planning to place a large order 5hus week, but since they have allowed many of their people to stop delivery of beds to th3 USA/Mexico border, I will place them elsewhere with a company whise employees respect America!!! Wayfair's solution is simple......FIRE THEM @ND HIRE USA VETRANS.
Horrible service! I've left voice messages and emails for business representative Caroline Leary for 2 weeks, and still have not received a call back. I will place my large order with Room and Board where customer service is outstanding. If Wayfair doesn't want to return my calls to place an order, I can only imagine the problems with a possible return.
I have heard that you are pulling your sponsorship from Laura Ingraham on FOX. I ask you to reconsider this strongly. You are alienating a lot of your customers. I have spent ove $5,000 in the last 5 months I had planned on buying more goods from you, but if you pull your sponsorship I will definitely go elsewhere. I have recommended you to many people but I will definitely be updating them if need be. Thank You Elizabeth Mapes
I purchased a bed in November 2017 as Christmas gift for my Granddaughter only received headboard and was told by customer service that this bed is no longer in stock and I would receive the footboard and frame in January this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company no one is able to help resolve my problem if someone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I went to place my second order with you, and in the meantime I had received a promo code that I didn't know about in my email. I have recently had my husband pass away from me, so I haven't been paying much attention. I finally opened up my email and see I have a promo code but I can't use it on my second order because I didn't know that it existed the first time I can't reach anybody by phone to discuss this and I am hoping that they will honour this code because of my situation.
