Ordered two lamps...only received one. I am now on hold with what I hope is the right department. Hold is very long. Last time I order from your company unless customer service improves....Janice Kribs Still on hold. Seems like I am going to be here forever...if you do not want phone calls please state that on your web site...no PHONE CALLS....then I would have not ordered from your company. First and last order....still on hold. Going on fifteen minutes...
