I am unable to bring up wayfair.ca for the last 2 weeks. Are you having problems? What can I do? I've tried clearing cookies and deleting browsing history. Please advise.

I don't know what you did to your website!! It's terrible, I spent a half hour trying to figure out how to look at rugs and never did figure it out. I used to love your merchandise, now I can't figure out how to look at it. So disappointed Thanks Sue Kirschner

I ordered from the website and just got a call from my credit card company informing me that my card had been compromised and that someone was trying to use it in South Africa. My friend ordered from here as well and she also had her card compromised!!!! Not sure it's a secure site

I've call over twenty times and it goes straight to hang up I just spent over 200.00 dollars on a bed frame and it's a shame that this is not a site I want to be on. I will be reporting this company and also call every news tv provost to stop this commercial to continue..

I have been looking into wayfair.ca for the last 8 months. I have picked out all the furniture for my 2 places from top to bottom. So now I'm ready to orde ( I haven't ordered anything on the web before) and so I started talking to friends, coworkers and family about ur company and guess what " wayfaiir.ca or . com" is not what the advertising says and the return policy and customer service is a joke. Well I'm one to make my own decisions, I went on line and guess what other have said the same. DONT BUY or GO NEAR THEM. Clean up ur act guys. From a perspective customer. Mci

I ordered a sofa and love seat. The sofa is not going to be shipped until june!!! Online the same sofa is advertised as order soon only one left, will ship in one to two weeks!! I tried getting an explanation ad to why i had to wait, and why the same sofa could be ordered today and be shipped sooner than mine. NO ANSWER!!

I just learned you pulled your add from fox bill oriely's show. Based on your politicking, I will not even consider doing business with your company. I hope that where ever you advertise you apply the same algorithm.

Hi there - I purchased what I thought was a nursery hamper with option of choosing a color liner. On Monday Feb.3 just the liner arrived. So now it looks like the hamper is separate. I feel it was a misrepresentation as the wording was " jordyn liner laundry hamper". It should have been more accurate and read instead something like - jordyn laundry hamper liner and thus no confusion. I am now stuck with this item and wish to return it please. I am hoping there will be no shipping charge to return. For future clarity I feel your wording should reflect more concise detail.My order # was

I am thinking strongly on placing an order for a TV tray SKU#PSPL1016 I really like the looks of it but it does not have good ratings. I hope I feel differently when I receive the item if I do decide to place the order. The reason I am sending along this message is to let you know I am very interested in your product but would like to have conformation that you will pay the return shipping if I am not satisfied with the TV table. If you will agree to send me return postage I will order the table asap.

I have made 3 complaints and called twice only to be disconnected. I'm NOT happy! I ordered 4 sets of sheets from Wayfair. 2 of the 4 have defects. I would like a refund or credit to order a different type of sheet. I really do not like them.

we ordered a rug and immediately realized we were hving it shipped to the wrong address. we immediately called customer service to have it changed and we were charged $11 for what amounted to a 1 minute conversation to change to the right address. I can't believe you would charge for customer service. very poor practice and you have lost us forever as customers. hope you enjoy the money when you are out of business

Every other item I have received from Wayfair has been wonderful but this item, when assembled, looks cheap. This is due to doors are lopsided and prevent opening and closing for upper and lower doors.
I am disappointed! I wish I could re-drill the holes so that the doors look/fit better but my skills are limited.

I bought a tall storage bench and as I was putting some of the last pieces together. .the wood split in two places and there is a gap on one side of the lid to the bench. I love the look..but it seems to be defective as to hole placements for screws..or something. What are my options..as I can't imagine trying to take it back apart and box it to send back. Please help

Purchased for $89.95 plus tax flannelette cat sheets.Put in wash before putting on bed,then had to stitch up where the pillowcase seam came apart.Not a good start Seen similar sheets walmart$24.99.An unhappy customer,needless to say.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered three sconces total price was 71.97 and was given free shipping. Prior to ordering I e-mailed (I have the e-mail) wayfair and asked them if these work plus in sconces - they replied yes. After receiving them it required an electrician - these are not plug in sconces. Then trying to return them I am charged 29.43 for returning shipping. I will never order from Wayfair again. Fraudulent advertising

Just purchased a recliner from you $500.00 was shipped fed-x much to my dismay it came a day early and was left on front sidewalk with not even a knock on the door, what a piss poor way of doing things will have to think long and hard about doing anymore business with you you need to find a better way to ship I am 77 yrs old with a handicap and had to get someone to help with it

I am very unhappy with the delivery. I paid an extra $100 to have an inside delivery. I had expections that the furniture would be taken out of the boxes and installed. This was not what happened. I have 5 very large boxes and 1 small box sitting in my room. Now I have to pay some an additional charge to install it for me. Very dissatisfied. Won't order from Wayfair again. D. Day

Michael is a wonderful customer rep. He listened to my problem, and solved it quickly and gave me my desired result. Wayfair has an awesome customer service team, and I'm happy to purchase things from them because I don't have to worry about not being satisfied.

Hi! i purchased a recliner for my husband i believed it's over a moth ago..but still intact, sealed and unassemble inside the box..My husband died July 4/2016..and nobod is going to use it.. Can i just please have it exchange for another furniture instead..Please let me know.
