2 days in a row, the lazy UPS driver states he tried to deliver my "sign for package", but he did not. Today I caught him parked in my back yard honking, but when I went outside to get my package he drove off. I even tried to flag him down and he sped off. Same lazy driver that always delivers packages in our small town, younger generation kid. WINSLOW ARIZONA

I was harassed by Import Customs Department Miyagawa of UPS in Japan. He called upset and accusing me of calling their company demanding of immediate delivery in which is not true. We are normally not home because of work (US military) and I made a courtesy call to UPS Japan customer service to asked for them to call before delivery to avoid a unnecessary trip. I thought was being nice to giving them a heads up of no one will be home so I need an advance notice prior to delivery. Instead, I received a call of harassment and disrespectful. I have 19 items inside my 21 kilos of box and He was asking me to pay for each items of ¥4,000-6,000 yen, (roughly about $35-53.00) if I wanted to get it delivered soon. I original purchase these items on line between $5-10.00 per item. When I asked for justification to why I am being charged so much for a cheap purchase, he got mad, yelling at me over the phone which caught me by surprised. His justification is that because I am asking them to hurry them and deliver my box which I never asked. Mr Miyagawa is so disrespectful, unprofessional and using his position and power to bully foreign people in Japan that don't fully understand the taxation system of importations for small items, no guidelines or what so ever. I never expect this kind of service and treatment from Japanese who works for UPS. He was making statements that didn't make sense to me. He didn't asked me to provide supplement documentation to justify the taxation values but randomly just wants some cash which is so unusual for Japan. Up till now they are still holding my shipment even after I already said that I don't need it anymore and they can return to the sender so I can have my money back to make another purchase for Family and friends Christmas gift. I It's an online cheap shopping I made and spent hours to find good deals since COVID and money is tight. Now, I am delay for gift giving to family and friends around the globe. I am being discriminated by Mr Miyagawa of UPS Japan.

I've gone into UPS stores several times during Covid and am concerned for their employees. UPS is raking in the dough, why not station an employee outside of the confined store space to process packages? Today was crowded, and I had to get something notarized. UPS had footprints to indicate social distancing but the wait in line was so long. A lady cut through the line just to ask the customer service rep a few questions, pulling her mask down to ask the questions and talking over the line or customers...thus exposing employees and customers to her airborne germs. The notary had me dip my thumb in an ink pad (standard practice anywhere, but in these days, can't someone come up with a sanitary method?) and then handed me a cloth that he pulled out of the drawer to wipe my ink-stained thumb! C'mon UPS, a dirty rag offered to the customer? How much does a 2"x2" packaged alcohol wipe cost UPS?

I have had a package, and according to the tracking number, has been sitting at ups the past 12 days. Can't reach anyone by phone. Lost my faith in ups!

UPS has become the worst shipping group in the usa, stayed on the phone for over 30 min continuing a loop asking me for a tracking number called amazon and filed a complaint with them about ups, i get a email saying a delivery was attempted and a note was left on door which was a lie because i was home the whole day, never will use amazon or ups again,

I had four packages delivered last Friday, and one today. The tracking number for the one today
Is it customary for your drivers to leave packages at the end of one�s driveway. The last five packages I have received were dumped out at the end of the driveway. My concern is I have a very long driveway. Someone could have stolen my packages. Is there some reason that your driver will not come to the door? I have been hung on all of these occasions and watched him Leave my packages at the end of the drive.

Yes I Have Paid The Amount For My Package To Be Delivered It Was Scheduled For This Morning And Still Is No There At 7:30 Pm I Have Been On The Phone With The And Spoke With Three Different People In Which Whom None Of Them Including The Supervisor Dennis Has No Clue What To Say Or How To Explain To Me That My Package Even Though Paid For Completly They Got Their Money Will Not Be Delivered Til After Tomorrow They Have My Packaged Showing As Scanned On The Website But Then Dennis Tells Me When I Ask For Address So That I May Come Pick It Up Becasue The Third Lie I Was Told Was That The Drivers Leave At 9am And So That Was Why My Package Was Not Delivered Today And When I Said I Would Come Pick It Up He Said It Is Not Available For Pick Up As It Is Still On The Trailer Well First When I Said Truck He Got Smart And Said Its Not A Truck Its A Trailer That It Is In Then Dennis Proceeds To Tell Me That Only The Containers Were Scanned But On The Website It States That The Aarrival Time Was 10:55am And Destination Scan Was At 12:21pm And It Has Not Been Unloaded Yet But Tell Me How Can Your Sebsite Say It Arrived At 10:55am And Was Scanned And Then Scanned Again At 12:21pm If It Has Not Been Unloaded But I Clearly Paidfor This Package To Be Expedited For Delivery As We Have Lost Everything Due To Hurricane Harvey Our Home Our Business Our Vehicle Tools To Work With Our Home Is Completely Gone And Weve Been In A Motel So We Are Depending On This Card To Eat Tonight But Now When I Said That I Would Come Pick It Up I Was Told No And I Asked Why He Said It Had Not Been Unloaded I Did Let Them Be Aware That I Recorded The Whole Phone Call From Start To Finish Now Dennis Stated That They Close At 8pm This Was At 7:09pm I Live About 15 Minutes From There Is Where Our Hotel Is And I Am Still On Phone With Them An Hour And 50 Minutes Going From This One To That One And All Of Them Giving Excuse After Excuse And Lie After Lie As To Where My Package Is And The Reason It Is Not Being Delivered Today As Promised Since It Did Reach The Mykawa Stop By 10:55am On 11-29-17 So One Has Alot Of Training That There Employees Need As None Of Them Could Tell Me The Same Consistant Reason As To Why I Am Not Recieving My Card Today And By No Means If I Did Come There I Would Not Be Able To Pick It Up Even Though It Clearly Is There This Really Makes Me Very Upset As I Was Lied To Several Times By Numerous Employees And By The Manager Dennis Emplyee Id He Gave Me Is: Nt10jc This Phone Call Is Still Going On But No Music Anymore Is Playing In Backround And No One Has Come Back On The Line And I Have The Entire Recording And I Will Play It For You When I Am Contacted Back As Well As First Thing In The Morning If I Need To Be At Ups To Pick Up My Card I Will Be There When You Open

We have a driver here who doesn't deliver packages. She'll call residents and if no one is at home the item goes back on the truck. The manager is in the office and has asked if she would like to leave the package(s) in the office and the answer is she doesn't have time. Do you deliver to Ellicott City or not? We are at Alta Crest on Rogers Avenue. This is a senior living community.

Received an email from UPS My Choice telling me my package would arrive Fri 10/27 between 3:45pm-7:45pm. Took off early from work (w/o pay) to find the driver attempted to deliver at 2:42pm. Called customer service, was told the delivery window is just a vague time, and the driver gets it there when they can, and then told I would be called before 4:30 today. No call, but then get an email at 3:34pm telling me I can pick package up Mon. I am not happy/satisfied with this. I needed that package today.

I had paid for 2 day delivery to meet a birthday deadline and even gave myself an extra day but UPS didn't deliver to me but I suspect down the street as I had been watching for hours and checking on my computer - I saw the truck down the street and saw on my computer that MY package had been delivered to someone's front step. The driver passed me and I waved him down to say he had delivered the package to the wrong house - his response "lady I have nothing for you". Besides ruining the birthday of my partner as I had no present, I have spent hours trying to file a complaint against BOTH the driver and UPS (as you are overworking your employees as this all occurred at 9:15 at night.)

Your system stinks - you have isolated yourself from the consumer. Last night I got thru to complain and was told the site manager in Springdale would call me this AM and that hasn't happened. Finally got back to one of your people and was told I would have to call QVC again to initiate and mutual investigation with UPS. Iwas told otherwise all you could do was sent a message to the Springdale manager. You need a quick response resolution for when you see the package was delivered and it wasn't, within 5 minutes call and you contact the driver immediately.

Amazon hired UPS to deliver an important package to me at my office, which was supposed to arrive today. UPS delivers and picks up at my office once or twice per day. I arrived at work at 6:00am, and no notice on my door. I logged into Amazon to confirm that the package would arrive today. I received a notice that stated "5:11am - An attempt was made to deliver your package, but the business was closed. Please look for a notice of attempted delivery for the next steps." Through several calls with Amazon and UPS I was able to confirm that UPS had misplaced the order and would need an additional day or two to locate it. Amazon was sympathetic, and offered to discount the item, as they are a class act. UPS needs to work on their honesty and customer service. Very disappointed.

I Am A New Customer Of Danbury Ct. I Have Had Horrible Experiences With Ups Of Brookfield. The Courier Leaves Stickers On Your Door Without Ringing Bell Or Knocking. And Sent Back My Packages To Sender; Stating That There Was Confusion With The Address. Once Addressed Was Recited To Me; It Was Correct, I Don't Understand The Confusion.

As Being A Prior Carrier I Am Very Displeased And Embarrassed.

I stayed home all day waiting for delivery of Amazon order. Received email saying you tried to deliver. Bourbon UPS did NOT try to deliver! No notice on door, I and my husband were both here at 3:55pm when UPS claimed to try to deliver. Very disappointing.

I bought a new phone from Verizon that was being shipped to my home...first mistake because they never told me there had to be someone there and they would have to sign for it. The UPS driver left a notice that we were not there which was never going to happen because I, like them work everyday. On the notice it said that I could put a neighbor's address and they would take it there. When I checked the tracking later in the day it simply said that a second notice had been left ...WHY! I called the 800 customer service number and I was told that they could not deliver to a neighbor and when I told her it said I could she said she did not know why they put that on the notice !! So I told her I wanted it to go to the "access point " as they call it now, for me to pick it up. I told her which one was closest to my house but she said it had to go to one that was 15 miles from my house and could not tell me why and that it was only open until 6pm. I called back to see if someone else would give me a different answer and this person said that it was already at the distribution center about 2pm and again confirmed that it was only open until 6pm. I left work an hour and a half early and got to the distribution center at 5:15 only to be told that they only give out packages between 6 -8pm ..thought they closed at 6pm!! I said that I had been told it was already there and could they check. They were very nice and checked and said they were sorry that it was not there and since it was holiday time they did not know if the driver would even be back by 8pm!! I said do you have a phone number I can call the next day to verify it is there and they said NO...REALLY! When I got home the same driver who just did not bother to take it to my neighbors left a note saying that it would go the original nearby store I had requested by 1pm today. Guess what .... It is not there and instead it is back at the GD distribution center 15 miles from my house again. And of course they have no phone for me to verify. Plus they say no one can go for me and sign for it ... yet they were willing or at least according to the notice to take it someone else. All I can say is that I will verify when I order anything in the future how it is going to be shipped. If it UPS they can keep their product. Most disgusting service I have ever had !!!!!

My package that had the correct address Thankfully the package had my phone number, I was contacted by an honest person, I picked up the package. I called UPS to report this. A Mike said so? Your package was delivered to the wrong address? Well you have it now. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Listen to your employees call Tuesday November 15, 2016. Unbelievable �

It is 8:10. The store is supposed to open at 8:00. There is a line of people waiting and we know it is not the first time. Unacceptable. The store is at 57 west division in Chicago IL.

On August 16, 2016 I mailed two packages to my two daughters, one in Bremen, Alabama and the other in Oxford, North Carolina. The cashier at THE UPS STORE #2389, 5184 Caldwell Mill Road, STE 204, Hoover, Alabama 35244, mixed up the packages so they were sent to the wrong addresses. I contacted the UPS store and informed them of the Mistake THEY had made.The Boss of the UPS store #2389 now wants ME to pay 50% of MY original cost of $32.13 to correct THEIR mistake.When I tried to get them to understand that it was NOT MY mistake and I should not have to pay Anything More, they hung up on me.

I received a large framed picture from pottery barn for my child room. The box had the fragile stickers, and the arrows up on it. The box is all beat up, torn in 2 spots showing holes I can put 3 fingers in. Also, you can tell it had be finding in the nonext upright position by all of the wear marks on the back of the package. I had the same problem with a box last week, but thought it was an isolated incident. I guess I was wrong. Let me know if you think I enjoy sending g all this damaged product back to the stores because of you incompetence. The box has 2 red stickers on it, if nobody reads them, or gives it may be time to let a different carrier take over.

Agggghhh I am even more angry, because I receive an email telling me that the driver did not find anyone at home. In addition to inept they are liars semerendos. No one came. There was someone waiting for you all day. When they did not do their job, they lie.

I am very angry with the lousy service of sharing that has UPS. what employees as unfit and lazy. Two days spent calling you To receive my deliver on time and They did not wanted . My tracking number: and I can not receive it, because my plane leaves for California the 24 of July to the 6 am. . Thanks to these employees so unfit that you pay, I have to lose my order and not fulfilled to my clients.
