This is a message I got on my facebook page from a friend. I'm sure she didn't send it but because they said UPS delivered it I thought you should read this and see what you can do about it. I hope you can understand and get to clear your name from this kind of stuff.

This is not a joke, I have mine already after i paid for the delivery and insurance fee, it was delivered to my doorstep in cash by the ups, you just have to apply for it online here on Facebook
where do we apply? how do we get to that page?

I can't find my tracking number, and my package hasn't been delivered for 3 weeks when I paid extra for express shipping. I'm very dissatisfied with not talking to a real person to fix my problem.

I live on a very busy street and have posted a note above the door bell for any packages be put on the back steps when no one is home. This had worked for the most part until around Christmas time. The guys seem to be able to read and follow instruction but the women don't even ring the door , just toss the package on the steps . I know when I'm getting a delivery and wTch for them. The guys are always been very nice . The women think they have something to,prove.

I have had very negative customer service results period. I have Dr appnts. I'm a disabled combat vet. All I ask every time is to pick up my packages at the local Lancaster ca service center. Is that too much to ask? Apparently it is. Rolf Blum.

UPS truck, license plate

Recklessly Driving incident:'

On 03/15/16 at approximately 9:25am, on Sherman Way blvd. westbound, between Corbin and Winnetka Avenues.

I was driving in similar direction in the middle lane when the UPS driver, coming from behind my vehicle, approached at high speed (as I looked at my speedometer= 47mph on a 45mph/zone), almost hitting me ... proceeded to honk several time as to force me to move out of the way. Which I did when traffic conditions allowed. This driver was apparently in a hurry and forcing other vehicles out of its was very recklessly.

Please, a supervisor admonition is warrant since public safety was threatened. UPS reputation and perception is downgraded.

My husband just got home from work and found my UPS package on the driveway in the pouring rain. There was no ring of the doorbell and the package could have been left in a covered alcove at the front door. The package was soaked through!!!! What kind of lazy delivery is this? Driver was suppose to deliver credit cards today to a diabled man's aparfment. He wated al day and no delivery. When he call c.c. company they told him someone signed for them in a name he did not know.. After investigating he found that the driver delivered the cards to the office and not his apartment like most UPS deliveries. He never inter the apartment complex. Wich
means the driver himself committed a FEDERAL. CRIMR. And forcded the apartment complex office worker to commit one also. I am getting that disabled person.

I ship from the UPS store at for a long time. Avon Lake oh 44012. . I will get his name.. 1/27/16. He is the rudest nastiest person I have ever encountered. The nice girl is gone. I will now have to use USPS.

I Will Never, Ever, Use Ups For Shipping. I've Been Trying Obtain My Package Since 12/21/15. Granted, I Missed The Original Delivery But I Went To The Access Point And They Advised That My Package Wasnt There. I Tracked The Shipment To Verify If The Location Was Correct. It Was! I Returned The The Access Point (corner Food & Liquor Store) On 12/24 And The Place Was Closed By The Public Health Department. Ups Advised Everyday, Since Christmas, That My Package Would Be Delivered To Me And It Hasnt. At Any Time, I Never Used Profanity Or Even Screamed At Anyone. However, A Few Of The Customer Service Reps Were Extremely Rude. Today, A Supervisor Connected Me To The Service Desk Of Were My Package Is And Again, The Rep Advised That They Will Have My Pavkage Sent Out For Tomorrow's Delivery. I Asked What Guarantees Do I Have That This Package Would Be Delivered; None! Again, Never Will I Ever Again. I Am Also Taking This To The Bbb. Bad Business And Horrible Service.

We ordered a Christmas present with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. The gift is sitting right now at the UPS warehouse in East Syracuse, NY. They are saying it won't be delivered until Tuesday. We want to pick it up ourselves. They refused saying it was still on a trailer. The company we ordered it from has a contract with them. The company even called to try to help without success. It's 30 minutes from here I'm willing to do part of their job and they refused. This is a child's gift. Everyone we talked to was so rude and could care less. Truly disappointed.

Am in the process of a frustrating overnight delivery issue. Shipped an overnight envelope from Kona to North Carolina on 12/15/15. No tracking or status updates made on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I call Thursday, no information could be provided. The package business I shipped from assured me it departed his facility. 4 days later it has finally updated to show departing Hawaii. No status for expected delivery. Calls to customer service is a joke. Talked with a supervisor. She could not get in touch with anyone at the hub. She could not tell me what steps the package would take next. She could not tell me when it might be expected to be delivered. The package is cei7for a legal transaction to complete on Monday. She could not give me another number to contact. I wish I had used FedEx!

I had a package that was attempted to be delivered on the 10th of this month, no note was left. The truck passes by my house everyday so I don't understand why another attempt has not been made. Trying to find the 1 800 number is NOT easy, my tracking number is

Each customer service representative will tell you something different. They have no real desire to help you get your package on time because there's no recourse. They won't even let you pick up your package at their local service center because they can't handle setting that up correctly.

The worst customer service ever! I have a new delivery person on my route, who was leaving packages at the front door for one week without even ringing the door bell (I'm working from home whole day), despite a big notice I have next to it, asking not to leave any packages at the door. I already had a thief in the past, so after informing UPS about it, I was promised that packages won't ever be left at the front door.
I finally reported her on Monday (Dec.7th) , so on Tuesday she already arrived with an attitude and when asked why she was leaving the packages after being instructed not to do so, she started screaming at me saying that I don't have any common sense and since there was no signature required, she is allowed to leave packages anywhere she wants to. After she already handled the packages to me, she started demanding them back and drove off. I immediately called the UPS 800 number who contacted the local UPS office and in the evening someone called me back asking if I want the packages. What kind of question is that? Of course I want them if I ordered them. We discussed that all 4 packages will be redelivered to me the next day. I was waiting whole day and when nothing arrived till 5pm, I started checking on tracking numbers and realized that they were scanned as refused and sent back to the sender. I never refused the packages! Why the supervisor told me they will be redelivered and how come that spiteful racist driver was allowed to make her own decision, scan them as refused and immediately send them back?! After spending hours on the phone and talking to several incompetent supervisors who have no clue what each of them is doing or saying, I got no satisfaction and was told that they cannot stop packages that were already sent back. I purchased items during a promotional period and when those shipments get back, they won't be reshipped, I probably get a refund, causing me loss of money for not being able to have the items purchased at a discounted price. During the last phone conversation, the 4th supervisor I talked to told me, that from now on none of the packages will be delivered to my address. I can pick them up at UPS facility, which is very far away from where I live. I own an online business and mail and receive a lot of shipments, so UPS will be loosing a big chunk of the business.
I was treated very badly by the driver who had no right to scram at me when she was caught of not doing her job right, I was ignored by people I talked to on the phone and I'm not going to leave it like that. I'm filing an official corporate complaint and another complaint with BBB. I'll also post on gripevine.com

I live in Milford ct.........it seems every time there's a package to be delivered, it's left either with someone else on the st or at my back door......is there a reason the driver can't make an effort to fond the right house on a st that only has 8 houses on it. Is there a reason thy can't ring a front doorbell ? Maybe if they put down there cell phones their job would be done correctly. Trying to voice a complaint with the Stratford facility is a joke...

I got an email from Macy's telling that my package was delivered today, well my house is gated, and in general UPS leaves packages in a box by the gate that says DELIVERIES, however, I just checked the box by the gate and there is no package inside the box, the gate is closed, so there was no way for them to leave it on my front door.

A package was shipped to me UPS Next Day. It was originally scheduled to be delivered in two days (not Next Day). I called the Shipper who contacted UPS to have it rescheduled to Next Day.
The package was at my local office (Nanuet, NY) this morning at 7:23 AM and was supposed to be delivered before Noon. I called at 1 PM and again at 6:30 and was told by two separate operators that my package would definitely be delivered today. I checked tracking again at 9 PM and see that the package (overnight letter) is now in Texas.
The holiday season is just beginning and UPS can't deliver an Next Day letter. It was sent Next day before noon delivery for a reason which is now moot.

The service I experienced with UPS in
Miami Garden was a headache, Lost my package for a whole month couldn't find it,the driver delivered it to the wrong address, they took what they wanted from the Box, ups stated since I didn't put a declared value I was only allowed 100.00 on top of that the costumer service from the manager Frank an his assistant manager real sucks, there is a problem with that store,other people was there complaining also.well they finally sent the check an it wasn't even a 100.00 the items that was lost due to the driver delivering it to th wrong address valued over 1800.00 you would just think that they would know and the address he had on his tablet didn't match we it what I filled out.i will call help me Howard, the service is baaaaaad

Twice now the driver has left my package 600 feet from my front door, next to the trash cans near the street. Anyone could pick up the package or someone could have thought it was trash and thrown it away. He/she can practically drive to my front door, driveway is paved. I am a few feet from the drive. I have called twice, hopefully Scott Sullivan will have this taken care of. Customer service has been helpful but I understand Scott, being the manager, needs to nip this in the bud.

UPS customer service is terrible. Tracking shows package out for delivery, then it shows delayed after waiting all day for it. Customer service says it may be delayed by weather, weather is fine. Then she says it never went out, even though tracking shows out for delevery. The point is they have no interest helping the customer.

UPS Driver just delivered my package and I was parking in my driveway. Driver started to drive faster. At first I thought he was driving too fast on my small side road. Now I think he is driving even faster including my few deliveries. He could have slowed down

This is an embarassing event. I ordered flowers and candy for a dear friend's birthday. The delivery was set for Friday October 9. UPS included in the tracking that the delivery went out on October 10 and was returned to UPS as there was no Saturday delivery. (A Saturday delivery was never requested in my order.) Then tracking noted that delivery would occur on Monday October 12, which delivery did occur. But the flowers were wilted and the chocolate candy melted. While the florist (Proflowers) is resending a new order, it is not their fault that UPS was remiss on service. Very disappointing. I am considering not using the floral service if UPS does the delivery.
