Amazon hired UPS to deliver an important package to me at my office, which was supposed to arrive today. UPS delivers and picks up at my office once or twice per day. I arrived at work at 6:00am, and no notice on my door. I logged into Amazon to confirm that the package would arrive today. I received a notice that stated "5:11am - An attempt was made to deliver your package, but the business was closed. Please look for a notice of attempted delivery for the next steps." Through several calls with Amazon and UPS I was able to confirm that UPS had misplaced the order and would need an additional day or two to locate it. Amazon was sympathetic, and offered to discount the item, as they are a class act. UPS needs to work on their honesty and customer service. Very disappointed.
