I had paid for 2 day delivery to meet a birthday deadline and even gave myself an extra day but UPS didn't deliver to me but I suspect down the street as I had been watching for hours and checking on my computer - I saw the truck down the street and saw on my computer that MY package had been delivered to someone's front step. The driver passed me and I waved him down to say he had delivered the package to the wrong house - his response "lady I have nothing for you". Besides ruining the birthday of my partner as I had no present, I have spent hours trying to file a complaint against BOTH the driver and UPS (as you are overworking your employees as this all occurred at 9:15 at night.)

Your system stinks - you have isolated yourself from the consumer. Last night I got thru to complain and was told the site manager in Springdale would call me this AM and that hasn't happened. Finally got back to one of your people and was told I would have to call QVC again to initiate and mutual investigation with UPS. Iwas told otherwise all you could do was sent a message to the Springdale manager. You need a quick response resolution for when you see the package was delivered and it wasn't, within 5 minutes call and you contact the driver immediately.
