I purchased a Hamilton Beach microwave this summer at Walmart. Just recently the microwave was sparkling fire. Thankfully I was in the kitchen and was able to turn it off and unplugged it. I called Hamilton Beach to tell them what happened and was asked do I have the box or the receipt. I'm like who keeps the box or receipt for an appliance for months. I don't. If I knew that the microwave was not going to be any good after 4 months then I wouldn't have bought it. They ask for the info that's on the back of the microwave. I gave it to them. Then I was told to take it back to Walmart. Walmart said for me to call Hamilton Beach. Now this is a run around. Hamilton Beach said it's nothing that they can do. I'm like what I paid 79.99 plus tax for this microwave and when I purchased it. It didn't say to keep the box or receipt because it will catch on fire. I left a message for corporate to call me and I haven't received a call back yet!

Hamilton Beach obviously does not honor their warranties they don't honor their word they told me they was going to send me an email how to return a product which is faulty and they never done that. I will never ever ever buy a Hamilton Beach product ever again. And neither will anybody in my family after my experience experience

Hello, I Agree With Previous Comments. Hamilton Beach Does Not Answer A Phone And Their Emails Are Cookie Cutter Same Response For All. I Thought Buying An American Product Would Be Smart But It Has Not. I Will Never Buy Hamilton Beach Again. Shameful

Purchased on Amazon Hamilton Beach deep fryer. Upon first use chicken would not cook all the way thru and burned on the outside heat was not holding consistant. When dissassembling for clean up found that when the black liner was removed from outer shell it was lined with cardboard, yes cardboard not a insulating material. Sent CS a message no reply Left feedback on Amazon of same and spoke with CS they were kind enough to refund me in full without returning the unit which that I'm grateful However approx $60 in oil & food lost. I would assume this issue could be potentially dangerous but it doesn't seem that it matters to Hamilton Beach. I will not buy another one of their products.

I purchased a replacement coffee carafe directly from Hamilton Beach and it's been 10 days and I still haven't even received a tracking number. I tried and couldn't get through by phone to speak with with someone
or receive an email that at least allows the ability to reply to a human representative. I'm so disappointed. I'm trying to cancel my order but I haven't been successful yet. I thought replacing the part directly from the manufacture would guarantee the best fit instead of a compatible part. This well known and established company should be ashamed to have such negative reviews and non responsive customer service. Will Never buy another product from Hamilton Beach again.

There is NO WAY to contact a human. The recording says go to the web site. The same thing happens when calling the Canadian "support" number 1-800-267-2826 or the other US support number 1-877-474-1122. They have ignored & not responded to multiple emails. Basically "BUYER BEWARE" if you purchase a Hamilton Beach product there is NO WARRANTY SERVICE. SO if you expect them to honour the 5-year warranty on a kettle, forget it. they just lie.

No way to reach customer service or a live human. Phone numbers redirect to the website form which does not respond. No chat function. User manuals are useless. Bought new stand mixer which is not working correctly and need technical support. No way to get any help.

I want to speak to a customer service representative regarding my slow cooker but your web site makes that impossible. My slow cooker shattered on the lowest setting . I need to reimbursed for my $25 worth of chicken, s new slow cooker top and the glass clean up for my home.

I had A Brew station for about ten years and loved it. I now have bought my third one trying to replace it two from Amazon and one from Walmart. all three leak real bad from the dispensers.
it isn't coffee grounds I rN WATER THROUGH THEM FIRST. i LOVE THE BREW STATION IS THERE ANYTHING i CAN DO BEFORE i TAKE THIS ONE BACK AND GIVE UP?

You people have to be kidding.......I stupidly purchased a hand mixer by Hamilton Beach thinking I was getting a BETTER product! Model:62648
All it does is SPLASH all over my kitchen. You cannot change speeds, it's the most horrendous product I ever wasted money on!!
I threw box and receipt away or I'd WALK it back to WalMart!
You should reimburse me triple for all the mess and damage YOUR product produced! All my cookbooks were ruined, my clothes and rags from cleaning up this ridiculous mess!! Shame on you for selling such a useless thing!!

We have a Hamilton beach espresso and cappuccino maker bought in 2015. After a year it started giving trouble.Have sent numerous mails and called customer care ..till date no one has turned up neither have they replied.#hamiltonbeachcustomercare#india#sucks

Have been dealing with this issue since September, 2018. I talked to an operator who said a new percolator which had been loud and churning since day 1 would be shipped to me if I cut the cord and and send a picture of proof. Did as instructed and had no satisfaction. Sent multiple emails, called again, was told my pictures didn't go through so I sent again. No response. When I called and left my callback number, but no one called back. My time and my emotional health advises me to let this go. BUT my sense of justice says ignoring customers is not a fair way to conduct business. I have had Hamilton Beach products in past and was happy with longevity. I am now on hold again (24 minutes seems excessive) and hope to get some resolution. A company's reputation is lost gradually with little offenses one at a time. It seems Hamilton Beach is on its way.

Hi, we purchased Hamilton beach Icecream maker through amazon India . The product got delivered but in the first attempt itself the motor got burnt . I am looking for a repair center in Mumbai , India, as amazon people are not ready to replace or repair the same . Waiting for your advice . Thanks

There is no such thing as customer service. I bought one of their toasters and it lasted a matter of weeks. I could not reach anyone at customer service. They ignored my email and the hold time is 24 minutes. There must be a lot of angry (former) customers waiting to speak with them.

I had purchased a Hamilton Beach Iron Model #14505 and the water container has never closed properly, in fact it does not stay closed at all, consequently all of the water which you want to use for steaming, pressing leaks out onto all of your clothes...
It is uncalled for that you purchase a brand new iron and immediately it is unfit to be used. I read the same complaint from several other customers and you had the idea that we shoudl pay to ship it back and then pay to have something sent to us..like a part...that is ridiculous.
I can assure you that I will not be purchasing any Hamilton Beach products in my lifetime again.

I helped a lady and her family move from our senior apt. to a nursing home I thought great they gave me a box (Model # 35030DI) 12 cup deep fryer , I had wanted a fryer for sometime but have limited income as I am also disabled . To my dismay this beautiful fryer was separated from the cord and heat control panel and element . I cannot find one (the latter ) I did find the cord on a parts sight . Help if you can find the heat.on/off part . Hate to put this next to new in the trash Help if possible ,

I have purchased (2)Hamilton Beach crock pots and (2) coffee makers from Kohl's each of which had a Hamilton Beach rebate on them. I mailed all (4) REBATE forms and included all the information as directed well before the deadline for submission. I was told that (3) of the submissions did not meet the guidelines and were rejected. I spoke with the rebate dept. and told them that their explanation was not correct because all (4) submissions were made at the same time. I was told to resubmit the information which I did. To date, I have received one rebate and I am unable to find out what is going on with the other (3)rebates. I find this to be totally unacceptable from a reputable company (I have thought that it was until now). I need help from someone to resolve this matter!

Greetings from Tennessee.We have a HAMILTON BEACH electric can opener,Model and if you could tell me when this was purchased? I think it was about in 2013 and we don`t use it much as we eat mostly raw foods not canned goods however due to the infrequent use I think this is not acceptable for this to last! We already bought another HAMILTON BEACH as I am confident that this first unit was not like most if the appliances you make.If you would like me to mail it back to you so possibly they can determine a better way of making the parts so they don`t fail so quick? My husband bought a Hamilton beach 2 in 1 brew station, used 1 time had 2 return/exchange. 2nd coffee maker the single serve quit working, & now the craft side leaks. Junk!!! Will not buy Hamilton beach products again!!

Purchased a Hamilton-Beach combo coffer pot with the 1 cup & 10 cup side. I have used it for a few months and now I can'f\t get a cup of coffee out OR a pot of coffee either. I get about 3 ounces on the 1 cup side and less than a cup from then 10 cup side. I tried putting Vinegar in to clean it out to no avail. I hope I can get some help from the company. Im will call customer service tomorrow.

I bought a coffee maker from Hamilton and loved it the first month. Push the cup to it it was awesome now it leaks coffee and water all over. Not impressed and this was an expensive coffee maker. Well if your product lasts only a month I won't buy again
