on 6/28/19 I purchased a Honda outboard. On 7/17/19 I asked to return because motor would not troll w/o shutting off. I was told they could not accept return nor replace. I contacted manufacturer and no response. I was told to purchase a trolling sock. This did not help. I am now out 1700 dollars for an item that does not work nor am I offered any recourse.
