I am really disappointed in the lack of commitment this corporation shows its customers. Other than store brand merchandise, i see little difference between BJs pricing and Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods or Food Lion unless coupons are offered. I've been a member of the BJs in Raleigh Brier Creek for a little over a year. I joined and got a BJs card mostly to get better gas pricing, but I have found that Starbucks Cafe Verona is almost always $4 off with a coupon. This week I got two reminder emails to shop at BJs. One about store wide sale, the other that my coffee coupon was about to expire. Today when I went to get coffee, the coupon on my credit card and an additional on I had in my wallet were expired. I spent a while at the customer service desk looking for the right coupon. No one helped me. After a while I left the store without purchasing anything. I also have a Costco membership. Costco automatically credits me the coupon with having to look through catalogues. I have had enough of BJs hospitality. Please made sure my membership does not auto renew in the future.

My daughter and I were shopping in the Canton location located in Maryland. Well lite, bright and found all we were seeking. Problem came when we went to self checkout. White female abruptly came up to us with a scanner grabbing the items out of the cart. Then a white couple came up and nothing, next a Black couple came and she almost ran over, did as she did to my daughter and me. Totally unprofessional. She act as if we would not scan our items and stayed until we actually paid

i made a purchase on the 11-20-17 it was problem for BJS to take my money from my account was not satisfy with the item return it since 11-24-17, and the refund has not reach bank yet,went to the local BJS in Oakwood Plaza Hollywood Florida,with some dumb behind employee give me the run around,telling me to call my bank for they do not know what happen with that transaction,I did the bank see no such transaction on there end.I refuse to lose 100 plus dollars to a company that do not see doing any thing for the community they are in,I will be going back to Sam's never had this happen to me,while I am with them for over twenty plus.they do not even have real bargin like Sam's,they can keep their promos

Ths BJ'S I use is mostly in Rotterdam NY. You have driving carts for customer use, yet there are wheel chairs, floor mopping machines, kiddie carts all blocking the carts we handicapped people use. Why pretend you care about us? It seems to be all for show. It is tight in there without all the junk parked in front. I told management thete he apologized and said he would clean it up. He did nothing. I had told him I will give you my complaint once and then I contact corporate. I am hoping corporate will take care of this. I really like some things your stote has, but not sure the inconvenence is worth it. The carts in front are used because you can't get to the others. The store foe5s not rotate them so they frequently die. I had one die in the store. Manager had another brought to me and it died in parking lot.

Steve, the Merchandise Manager, in the Waldorf, MD store is one of the absolute best!!! He is the epitome of what every person who renders service to customers should be: attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful with alacrity, willing to go above and beyond the basic call of duty, humble. He is truly a manager's manager!

I want to express my appreciation to Tom C. from BJ's Fair Oaks store in Fairfax, VA. It was a great experience meeting a staff who demonstrated a special talent to service BJ"s customers. Three days ago, I needed to clarify my membership status (having expired a month before) and get a good deal for future membership. Tom C. helped me with a positive and professional attitude. Congratulations to BJ's for having her.

I had a couple of comments about your watchung,nj store..I was sent a e-mail about the fact that someone would get back to me in 48 hours.well as I expected noone bothered to call me.this is what I expect from your company ,in the old days when I first belonged it was a pleasure going to your store but now not so.

Your Clermont, FL store has gone to the way of WalMart if you are lucky, most likely worse. I was harassed by a male and female customer so went to see store manager named Matthew. What a joke. He called me high school even though I am retirement age and said he doesn't listen to "he said she said" stories. He informed me that the police would do nothing if I contacted them and I thanked Matthew for his information even though I went to law school. That's why Matthew works at BJs. If an environment is uncomfortable or perceived threatening I do not shop there. If BJs had a legitimate working corporate office I would have contacted it. But the number on their website of course doesn't work. Even the harrasser's casher got her nose into what was going on instead of doing what BJs hired her to do. OMG. BJs has no respect or concern for its customers and Matthew the Manager of world class knowledge told me not to contact the corporate office as it would be a problem for him. So sorry Matthew but I am trying to contact the Management at BJs but like hundreds of other badly treated customer, I simply cant locate the corporate office. Now what a surprise that is.

On November 12, 2016 at 6:35 PM, I experience one of the worst encounter with a female employee manning your Langhorne, PA Gas Station. I have been a member for over tens years and I have never encounter a more disrespectful employee. The transaction started as followed, I pull up to fill my MDX gas tank and while the gas was pumping I decided to wash my outside windows. Your employee came out of the booth and informed me that I need to watch the pump and stand on the other side instead of cleaning my windows. I told the attendant that I know how gas my vechile takes to fill up. The most disturbing part of the dialogue is everyone know the pumps automatically click off once filled. She did not have this conversation with any other customers. The attendant was racially motivated to tell me what to do. I think you need to find a better suited employee for this Station.

My family and I went to BJ's in Chula Vista and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Danielle was training Angel and I wanted to compliment them on their excellent customer service. They weee very friendly and helpful and kept us in the loop on the status of our meal. My grandmothers burger was going to come out a little later and they were apologetic and took it off our bill. They went over and above to make sure we were taken care of and happy

I was in bjs at parkland florida to buy cartoon of newport cigarette for resale.The sales person refused to pick the cigarette from the cage where customer not allowed to enter.when requested again she Susan
Rogh and loudly and very unprofessanly refused to help.Then I got the attention of another sales person by the name mohammed took care it.I live in the neighborhood . I having shopping for many years.I want the corporate will find this person whose name is SUSAN and take appropriate action

Good evening. just want to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service that I received from Kathy C and member services at the Clermont Florida office I found myself in a predicament and she was very compassionate very understanding very helpful although I was embarrassed she made me feel like this was something normal I so appreciate what she did I so appreciate the level of concern and compassion that she showed me and I just want her to be acknowledged for the exceptional customer service that she gave me today thank you

Your store in cumming Georgia lacks management training in certain areas. Family member is employed there and we are considering a harassment suit due to this problem. He has spoke with store manager who is right on point but lower management under minds and continues to harass not sure there is any other way

Customers like consistory. A product is there one week and not the next. Folgers decaf coffee has been out of stock for over 2 months.very disappointing to drive 15 miles one way and no coffee.

To day I tried to use the Pepsi machine in the lobby in your Camp Hill PA . It did not operate and was filthy dirty. It took they money but had no soda in the machine. I would love to send pictures.

BJ's should check the backround of it companies that are allow to solicit in your stores!! I had an estimate of a roof done July 18th by Power Home Improvements and to our dismay, not only did the representative want to give us a full presentation (which we did not want to hear, and did not hear to his disappointment) it took him 40 minutes to give an estimate... The estimate...$37,500.00 yes thats right....what a rip off !!! I feel sorry for those that think they are getting a bargain because this affiliate is selling home improvements.. Shame on BJs ...check the reviews on yelp and see what people are saying....They should not be soliciting to your members

I joined BJ'S on 6/28/16 as part of the New membership promotion. Aa part of the promotion a $50.00 Restaurant.com gift card was supposed to be part of the deal if you joined by July 2nd. I was told they were out of the cards and that they were limited supply. But other branches say they have received more and are contacting new members who did not get one to pick them up. I even called Corp. and was told I had to go back to the branch I joined at! Guess what, they can't help me either.
Anyone at BJS corp, can you help me??

THIS WOMEN AT UR EXIT DOOR AT THE Store at 2044 red lion road phila pa 19115 her name is Deb is not a nice lady she caught something in my cart that was not scaned by a cashier and she acted lii was stealing it. Please teach her some manners please.

Your company took money out of my account without prior authorization 30 days before the Bjs account exspirations and using a debit card that was deactivated. The explanation given by your customer service was that we hit some key in the self service lane 10 months ago that allowed your company to take the money using a debit card that was no longer in service. We were told it would take up to 10 days to give us our money back. This unexpected transaction has caused an overdraft on my checking account that we will now have pay a $35.00 fee for. We want our money back by Monday 6/6/2016 morning or we will be forced to cancel our account we have had with you for more than seven years..

I ordered prescription eyeglasses at bjs levittown new York for my husband 7 weeks ago and to this day there's no resolution. Very poor customer service. Will not shop their or renew my membership
