Me!!!!! I Talked To A Very Rude Customer Service From The Philippines I Ask For His Id He Refused To Give It Or What Call Center He Finally Said Its In Cebu. He Refuse To Give Me The Call Center And His Id. He Is So Rude. Why Do They Let Grumpy Old Men Work In Call Centers. If Im Not Wrong His Name Is "dorman Buraiz"

Worst company I have ever dealt with - can't give a forgotten password to a boy who lives, eats and breathes this XBOX Live. I always thought Microsoft was an excellent company but now have second thoughts. Why is so difficult to get a password back when you are the one it belongs to and you are one you who has paid for games and points?

I spent over an hour with non english speaking *(they tried) personnel and was transferred over here then there then I finally get a Tech Support top notch rocket scientist. He was MS ichi ban. He may be an out of work mainframer or he can't get a real job that calls for brains. His little Ceaser mentality told me volumns that he also probably drives a corvette and stuffs a sock in his pants. I wasted about $200 of my time only to be told I have to spend $200 to have a button enabled on THEIR SOFTWARE!! I also stood up to his sorry butt and as one would expect a nutless unich like this moron he hung up. I was the nicest person you could encounter this morning by the time I got done with these flunkys I have to close shop. I did manage to fix the problem sans those idiots.

Just wanted to inform you that the callers who claim to be from Microsoft Technical Support but really are not are back. Called today, as they did nine months ago (in October). Didn't fall for the scam then or now but wanted to share this information.
