It is ridiculous that the pharmacy would hold up the drive through with one customer for almost 30 minutes rather asking that customers Dr to come inside to resolve the issue. This happened at the Wal Greens on Taylor and Vaughn in Montgomery, Al. Terrible several cars just gave up!

This is the second time I've ordered cards from Walgreens and have not received enough envelopes. Just wondering why they can't count by 20's??? I called the store and was put on hold for about 15 minutes. The woman answering the phone did not know what to do and kept me on hold while she checked out other people. She would come back on every once in a while and act really dumb like she wanted to know what I wanted her to do. All I asked her in the first 30 seconds was to write my name down and have 20 more envelopes behind the counter. It was a "duh", but she could not figure it out. Really not happy with the customer service and the fact that I need to make another trip to Walgreens to get my envelopes. Order number491979 Store 7356

I have been shopping at Walgreens for years and have been a member of the rewards program for years. I have always loaded the coupons on my card and until maybe the last year they have always worked. Yesterday I went in and loaded some Scott toilet paper coupons to my card and
they didnt work when I went to redeem them this morning at Walgreens on Loudon Road in Concord. In most stores the clerk will give you the discount but not in Walgreens. I am done with you. Next comes a bad review.

I wonder if it is even legal through the state pharmaceutical board for your pharmacy to just " not open"...especially considering the the vital service you're supposed to provide for your customers.
The Grants Pass pharmacy had a piece of paper on the closed roll up door saying they were closed because of lack of employees.
Computer generated notifications telling us our prescriptions were ready got us to drive to the pharmacy twice...only to find a pharmacy that wasn't even open. We directed our prescriptions to Walgreens because of the drive up window, which hasn't been open for a month. Hard to believe you can't get enough employees...unless you just aren't willing to pay them enough!
Outrageous!

Walgreens store #15852 in jonesboro arkansas on stadium Blvd all of the employees are really nice but they do not have any working air conditioner in that store and you all should be ashamed of yourselves for having your employees working in that environment. They were all sweating and apologizing to my family and I because it was hot in there. And those poor ladies in the pharmacy and I know it is against the law for medications to be exposed to such heat it has to be at least 90degrees in there. Fix it

I used the Walgreens store on the corner of Hypolux and Congress Ave in Lake Worth, Fl since 1998 and Everyone in the store greeted me by name and were even the store manager. The pharmacy staff were always caring and professional. I moved in May 2015 and had to change my location. I had to go to the Walgreens from HELL. First Time I went to the pharmacy I was told that I could continue to pick my prescriptions up at the Walgreens were I had always picked up on Hypolux even though the Walgreens pharmacidt had told me. That I would have to pick up my prescriptions at the closest Walgreens. They then told me to call the corporate office on the Walgreens that I had grown to care for. There were never a time where I could wait for a prescription. I was ALWAYS told that I would have to pick up my prescription the next day. The pharmacy staff were always none caring with the accepting of one young lady of Hispanic decent (I guess). When I would go thru the drive thru you could sit for 10 minutes or more without anyone acknowledging you even when you press the button. I eventually transfer all of my prescriptions to Walmart Pharmacy and was told that it would a couple of days because they had a history of unprofessialism. I am so happy that I don't have to deal with the pharmacy from HELL.

To: Management of Walgreens

The time was 5:25 p.m. on May 24th, 2016 I had hope to quickly go into Walgreens and purchase one roll on underarm deodorant. I found the deodorant and paid for it with 50% off by using my Walgreens Balance Rewards card (#7141 0884 14173). I could tell that I needed to use the restroom. But I was hoping that I could make it home to use the restroom. Since I live downtown about two miles from Walgreens. I purchased the product and went quickly out the front door and onto Wabasha Street. While standing at the stop light I realize that I needed to use the restroom. I went back into the store and approached the pharmacy counter and ask if I could use the restroom. Because I have been coming to Walgreens to pay for my prescriptions for the last fifteen plus years. I thought/ hoped that they would allow me to use their restroom. I had some disapproval in the past from this store to use the restroom. But their knowledge of my medical condition help them to decide to let me use their restroom. One of my prescriptions that I have been purchasing at this pharmacy, for several years is terazosin. Which in my case makes it even more difficult to stop my need to use a bathroom. Rick the Manger of the pharmacy department would allow me to use the rest room but he was not there. So I was refused access to the restroom. But due to the staff knowing me by my first name. As a paying customer with physical disabilities I would hope that the store would permit me to use the bathroom. I have been picking up my prescription of terazosin which helps me use the restroom but gives me very little time to make it to a different building to locate another restroom. But most important is that I am a paying customer with a disability.

Beside being treated as if I had done something wrong by asking to use the restroom. I was treated as thought I had committed a crime in their store. The one customer behind me was speechless. If this is how customers are going to be treated then I will begin picking up my prescription and other needs at a CVS Drug store or another location. Their has got to be a better way to use security cameras or to create a way for customers to use the restroom. For a customer that is known to have physical problems when it comes to there bathroom needs. To be denied the use of a restroom is as low as a business can go.

Dropped first script of day at 9:00 this a.m. They said it will take 1 hour, now saying at 10:33. Why is this!? I do not understand how all these other people are being filled while I continue to wait

My wife did not receive the proper number of pills.

The way we know that 120 pills in the bottle could not be because we took another bottle the same size and pills the same size.

The bottle can only hold 90 pills.

We called the store and they did not believe us.

As far as keeping a record if someone there put 90 in the bottle and kept 30 Your record would still say we got them all.

So if we have to open the bottle there and count the number of pill in the store don't you know that would be bad.

Please get back to me. I hope that we do not have to climb higher to settle this.

She really needs the medicine.

For Most Of My Life I Have Used Walgreens Pharmacy In Several States. I Now Live In Fort Wayne Indiana And Have Had Nothing But Issues Getting My Medications Filed With Out The Wanna Be Pharmicist Needing To Verify The Perscriotion. As Most People Whi Get There Meds They Need Them Now Not 24-48 Hours Later! Then To Top The Whole Thing Off To Be Treated Like A Criminal By The Staff!! I Spend Over $2500 Per Month. I Wonder If They Will Miss My Business

I have used the Walgreens Pharmacy on N Antioch in Kansas City, MO for many years and have always been pleased with the service there. Recently, Ive noticed that cars are lined up waiting and the lines are similar inside. The pharmacy staff are always pleasant, courteous and helpful. However it's apparent they are hurrying to get their job done. It's also very apparent there is not sufficient staff to cover the load of prescriptions for which they are responsible. Talking with customers as I wait I find they also are irritated that we no longer can expect the level of customer service that was there in the past. I can only assume that Walgreens is more interested in their profits than they are in their customers and the welfare of Walgreens employees.

The Walgreen at the corner of Plank Rd and Hollywood has closed the Restrooms so that customers cannot use them. Plus, the workers in the Pharmacy Section are very rude to customers who call their hand. Maybe I should find another Drug Store.

To Whom It May Concern:

I purchased a Living Solutions lighter in Madison, Wisconsin. The number is JX 154. The lighter flamed too high and I attempted to adjust it, but it burst into flames and burned the fluid out. Three was no damage, but there could have been a disaster. I dropped it on the floor, picked it up and threw it into the bathroom sink where it continued to burn. My shirt sleeve could have caught on fire. The very least you owe me is the original cost of the lighter. I showed the lighter to a store manager here in Madison and she saw that the lighter fluid was all gone. She didn't offer tore place it or reimburse me for it. I would not want another one. They should all be recalled.

Thank you.

I am very disappointed after such awesome service that I am now given an exception to pick up medicine so I could have my meds in the morning. I should of kept my mouth shut when I made a commetn about the labels says to pick up meds on April 13. But conversation about label went to picking up pills and not by the person at wallgreens. So can't get a ride until the date she told me they could be filled on the 18th but she could make an exception. What bs. You will make us all walk in pain to pick up our meds.verry angry

I work at the Powder Springs Georgia Store and have a suggestion. Home Depot has an application that allows customers and employees to locate items in the store. This would be very helpful for those of us that may not know the store all that well (like new employees}.
Thanks

Over a year ago I had a very unpleasant experience with a tech in the pharmacy dept. This same employee continues to be very, very, very, very, very rude. It's apparent that she didn't receive any further training on appropriate behavior in regards to how she addresses customers. I tried to speak with the pharmacist, unfortunately, he was just as rude & condescending as the tech. Walgreens no longer allows you to speak with a rep. Instead, we are forced to take a 10min Survey. It's bad enough that customers are treated rudely in the store, and then forced to take a survey that doesn't allow you to address a specific problem. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone in walgreens corporate level would take out the time to allow me to address my situation by speaking to a person, instead of A MACHINE. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.
