There is no customer service support for billing errors. Your business practices are terrible.

I renewed my service on 3-13-11 thought all was good. 3-21-11 computer still telling me NO SECURITY. So once again I pay for Trend-Micro Internet Security. Now my bill comes in & I have two charges for security both different prices. How do I get this taken care of? Return money for one charge or extend the protection for two years. Your certificate expired on Feb. I found out, my contract doesn't end with you till June, I have no virus protection, I can not open it to run anything, nor can I get a hold of you.
I have tried rerunning the download it won't take.
Your help would be greatly appreciated but in June I think I need to find a virus company who can provide support, and doesn't let their certificate expire in the middle of my plan.
Used Trend Micro for two years and it worked well in conjunction with other Anti-virus software. When I upgraded to Trend-Micro Titanium I spent 5 days trying to load it, and several days trying to get tech support to no avail. Finally called and asked for refund and cancellation of Auto-Renewal but wouldn't have been able to get through using their instructions. The info provided by ContactHelp allowed me to get through to a real person. Will see if it gets processed.

I am a 74y. old lady with HBP, small income Have been charged twice for renewal, the second time more than $15.00 more than I should have and realized it too late. Tried to cancel both of tese revewals with no success. After being on hold for more than one hour had to hang up, was in tears.Tried to cancel on internet but it did not go through.Called my bank to put a stop and have to wait until it surfaces on my account. I have to get out of the grip of these people as I don't want anything to do anymore with them. I am so upset. Please protect, educate senoir citizens like me.
If you bought subscription software of Trend through Best Buy, then there is something you agree to when it pops up clearly stating you agree to continued renewal unless you, the customer, contact Trend directly to stop payments. Hopefully this clears up confusion or accusations of Trend being fradulent
WOW what a fraudulent Company!! Billed my credit card without permission -- got a call from the fraud dept. of the credit card company, but they won't remove because I did business with Mico 2 years ago!! BEWARE anyone who buys ANYTHING from Trend Micro with a card number!! They Obviously think they own you after you buy from them!!
If you purchase Trend Micro on a Dell system-PRELOADED ONLY- then you will need to call a seperate number to get help. For a consumer product you will need to call 1-866-722-4554 option 1 For a small or medium business product you will need to call 1-888-608-1009
1-877-229-1377 is the direct number for online order issues, double charges, and the like. Also, apparently trend micro puts a freeze on funds THEN actually charges you. The freeze goes away in 2-3 business days. However, until that time, $90 turns into $180 debited from your account. Which is just retarded. I might NEED that $90 BEFORE then. But, oh well.....
This company has it's billing department in cebu-which is in the phillipines. I have been round and round with these people, none of which spoke very clearly. My money was taken out of my account without premission to renew. My bank is going to be taking lead in this to get my money back. Customer service-very poor. Quality, is also very poor. Thier website is a joke that directs no athority to issue refunds or resolve any money related concerns-other than to auto renew your subscription regardless of concent.
If you have bought anything from them, please check to make sure you haven't given out any card or bank info. If so, make sure your bank issues you a new card or account.
I was disappointed when I called the customer service number to be directed back to the website. I don't know if I need to cancel my renewal or not. I used a credit card to purchase it but it is not for the computer I am currently using it is for my daughter in another city. I am having difficulty getting resolution to this issue. I may just cancel the order and have her purchase it locally.
The call quality was poor so I hug up and redialed. Second call quality better. Reached knowledgeable rep by doing as suggested. It turned out I had bad info about the product. Rep assured me I did have right product for desired task. Rep spoke American English with a midwest accent. While he spoke rapidly, I did understand him.
I took the advice given above (repeated below) and reached a human on the second try. She helped me to remove an inproper charge. Her accent was difficult so it took longer, but we got the job done.

Keep pressing "#" when recording begins, ignoring all messaging. Took me 2 times.
It's nearly impossible to find the phone number to reach a human to help you with your questions.
I bought Trend Micro Internet Security Pro and found it was not compatible with my existing software program.
I cancelled & asked for a refund the same day.
My bank statement is saying that I am still being charged for it.
I haven't been able to reach a human yet to correct this matter.
Do not buy this program. Your computer will crash and when you try to uninstall and reload the program you will get an error message so you will be stuck. When you try yo get a hold of this company you might as well be on mars.
They don't seem to care "they already have your money".
