The "people" that run this damn place are nothing but thieves. I have told them, repeatedly, that I do not want their crappy service and to cancel my membership. But they keep renewing it and charging me, even though the card I have now has never been registered to them. They are crooks. And they make it nearly impossible to get through to them. It's a real scam and they should be put out of business. This is a lousy business with horrible customer service.

I work for ups and i work long hours so your service is useless to me. Your hours of operation are only available when i am at work. I will never buy trend mirco again.

We have cancelled all services yet are still being billed. I have been holding on the phone for more than 1/2 hour.

I tried to stop my auto-renew last winter & it wouldn't work on the website. Now they have renewed me for another year & charged my bank account, even though I have a different debit card.

I have just bought maximum security 2 devices (26 march)
from dick smiths with a $20 cash back offer.
but l am having trouble trying to redeem $20.
l have also tried phoning, all to no avail.
Is the promo still active

For two years in a row, Trend Micro has double billed me. Even though I have a two year subscription, they keep sending messages for automatic renewal after one year. I do not authorize the charge (that I have already paid for) but they put the payment through anyway. Based on this happening to me for two years straight as well as the comments I am seeing from other consumers, I believe that Trend is engaging in unfair and deceptive practices and I plan to contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection (FTC).

I have a charge for 71.95 on my account that I did not authorize. I want it refunded immediately...I do not use Trend Micro any longer and you had not right to renew this without my authorization. You stole my money as far as I'm concerned and it will be turned over to the authorities if it is not refunded by 12/27.

I have spent HOURS trying to find an actual phone number and person for handling a customer service billing problem Micro Trend created. I don't want to "pay a technician" to do this! Micro Trend just "renewed" my Titanium anti-virus this month (Nov. 2013) even though I am paid up till Nov. 2014. I'm afraid if I cancel this renewal, I will also cancel what I've already paid for as both are the same code number. How do I get hold of them to get a credit on this unnecessary "renewal" and straighten this out so it doesn't happen again next November!

I just tried to renew my antivirus, paid, and it wouldn't download. I called tech support who spent 20 minutes and accomplished nothing. He wouldn't listen to the problem, put me on hold when I asked for his supervisor and never came back. I called back and had the same problem only this tech wanted me to pay $120 for a one time lifetime antivirus. The next morning I called customer support and they also wanted to remote into my computer. When I said no that I just wanted a credit to my account he hung up on me. If Trend Micro endorses this type of activity, I will find a new company. There are many out there.

I am done. Even with nearly a year left. Tried to do the free upgrade to 2014. Got as far as the removal of the current 2012. Then the problems hit. Finally got through tech service who made a show of analyzing my issue. Wanted to put me with "senior tech" who would fix everything.
FOR $120!!!!!! Second time this has happened. And i swear that after they do their remote analysis my computer is worse than before. I truly believe they may be injecting problems.

Sorry Trend. I am over it. AVG free is better and you get better customer service for free!

Trend Micro keeps sending me ads for their products. Probably because I bought one of their products back in 2006. It’s odd, however because I consider them to be THIEVES AND PIRATES! Thieves because I have never been able to get their product to work, Pirates because they stole my Norton disk and never sent me my rebate. They should do the world a favor and leave the software business

I have paid for a renewal at our university bookstore and yet keep getting messages about an invalid credit card! Then, when I try to contact you by email and type a message, I have to interpret ridiculous symbols into letters to make a word. I cannot blieve that anyone could possibly respond properly - the whole thing is non-sensical! It makes me wonder whether you provide us with computer protection when we cannot even contact you about a problem!

The "service" you offer is beyond disappointing.Even though my "coverage" for Trend anti virus/spyware is still in force, the technicians have been unable to fix it. It is not working and hasn't been for a long time. You can see the recent history in your notes that efforts to reinstall my program has failed and I am without protection I've been paying for. I get continual security alerts. I will not renew my coverage.

I have been trying for 3 months to get an unauthourzed charge for an automatic download off my credit card. Once you find a phone number, each call gets more run around. You get transferred to several people, but none are capable of helping you.

you have been charging my credit card without my permission for the past 3yrs. Will only give me credit back for the last one....ripoff...

You have no phone to contact you..had to ask my credit card company to get you on the phone....bad customer service...you said I needed to cancel my renew...I never asked to have your co. renew my subscription every year. never downloading anything, but had to pay...you are doing this to ALOT of people..this must be how you stay in business because your software is crap. I will do everything possible to let people know about your company..you can go on line and see all complaints about your co..

Tried to download trend 3 years ago and my computer would not accept the program. After too many hours with tech. support....nada. Tried to get reimbursed...enter iyogi which was some third party that wants you to agree to their terms and conditions.Asked them for trends number and he pretended not to hear me and hung up. Finally made a claim through my bank and with the banks claim dept. listening contacted trend with the # given here. Hey guess what....maybe a refund. Stay away from trend!

Tried to update to Titanium as invited, uninstalled old version and new version would not install. Tech tried rto hlelp but advised I would have to use remote access techs at COST $$$$$$. In the mean time a virus thieir porogram had let in alost stopped my PC. Had to introduce Adaware and Malwarebytes FREE versions by usb stick to fix problem.. FREE.. Rather than spend money on Trend Techc I had Norton tech remotely install their product and tune system at NO COST.. TREND you will fail if you keep this lack of service up. U SUCK.. Where is my A$88 refund

I just called Customer Service to have a charge for virus protection I didn't order removed from my charge. Apparently I was on some sort of auto-renewal, though I haven't had Trend for two years. The customer service rep was very helpful, very polite and after listening to my problem and locating the charge to my account he transferred me to somebody else. The second person was also helpful and did issue a refund, after trying to sell me coverage at about 20% of what I had been charged and after deducting two months of pro-rated usage of the virus protection fee. Really? I have other coverage, I haven't used yours, I didn't ask for your virus protection to be deducted from my account and yet I have to pay for two months? In all fairness the charge to my account was dated almost two months ago and I was deliquent in calling to get it removed. In the end I agreed and hopefully that will be the end of any charges from them. Though I didn't like the fact that I was charged in the first place, I have to say that the customer service was very good.

On 4/27/12 I called Trend at the 800 number you gave and spoke with Sandy regarding my credit card billed for renewal of Trend internet security. I informed Sandy that the computer is my mother's and that she no longer uses the computer for at least a year. Sandy had the $35.95 charge reversed and said that my card will no longer be billed. The phone number you supplied was the right one and Trend's no hassle assistance regarding the charge reversal is much appreciated! Thank Contact Help for suppling the phone number. Ray
