2 non stop flights from fort Myers to Boston changed to one stop without approval. was told that the original flight was canceled and if i changed to a later flight it would be complimentary. when i receive the confirmation e-mail it showed a stop in Atlanta and then to Boston also no refund was made. contacted customer service was told the would pull phone recording to confirm and respond asap. No response had to call back the following week
and spoke to a Mark # 15385 id case file opened e-25084417 and he informed me the no case file was opened and nothing was done. he apologized and promised that he would open a case file and follow up and if confirmed he would book new fights on jet blue for us and a refund or $200.00 coupon and would get back to us asap. Once again no response after more then a week. i contacted customer service once again and spoke to Jessica new case file e-2515151969 she informed That the recording were conveniently lost and could not confirm the misrepresentations but would reschedule our return flights with Jet-Blue with non stop which was great but unable to honer the complimentary flights of the $200.00 coupon.
This experience has left us with a uneasy and hesitant to use or to recommend Travelocity to anyone in the future. We originally booked early for the best holiday deals and to insure that we could get non stop flights due to my wife's fear of flying, but since they changed to a stop in Atlanta my wife been so upset that she threaten to cancel our holiday trip due the the added stress and anxiety it has caused.
I have spent many hr, on hold over the weeks and feel they should honor the original complimentary flight or the coupons and properly train there oversee employees to follow up and not make false statements to their customer, In order help improve your company representation in the future i will also follow up with Corporate office and with advertiser to your site as if no resolution is provided. thank you Jeseph Bianco

I booked the wrong time for a family vacation to Florida in October I booked PM instead of AM I've been on the phone with Travelocity and Delta for at least 2 hours trying to change it, I can see by this that they are not working with many people I guess I should have read this first! They wanted me to rebook an entire round trip for $1500 seriously I don't have that! I need help with this my 1 year old grandson is going on an 8:15 flight he's not going to be happy and I'm sorry ahead if time to anyone that has to be on this flight, that no one seems to care that his nana made a mistake and tried to book a morning flight instead of a night flight! I really wish they could help me change this error I made, it was ok for Delta to change the flight number on the way back but I can't make a change this is not right:(

The phone number on this web sight is not working. The other one I gos dead after the computer says it has some questions. I need to find out is my cancelation insurance really works. What a waste of time this is.

I have been mislead by your compagny and got charged over 200$ for it
I am filing a complain with the service bureau and will also go on trip advisor to report the incident so the public know what happen to us

I purchased a reservation for 2 on Delta from Tulsa to Las Vegas. I noticed after I had gotten the ticket that it goes to Minneapolis then to Vegas. This of course is out of the way and I would like the flight that goes to Denver, then to Vegas. I purchased the cancellation option, so please advise if you can change or cancel. The dates are

I have officially been to hell and back.
the employees are completely incompetent, the price of a package deal you on line, is not what you're getting!!!!! the price is changing as I am booking my package.

I am requesting your assistance to help me resolve an issue with United Airlines. I booked a flight with them directly then cancelled within two hours. Next a booked a flight through Travelocity for the same destination, on the same departure date, but one day later on the return. Although I received a confirmation of the cancellation from United, I was still booked on the original return date and NOT on the return date I booked through you. United charged me $200. to change the return flight even though I had a flight confirmation from you for that flight! United has been extremely difficult in my attempt to resolve this situation. Please, if you could offer me any advice as to how to proceed, I would be grateful. Of course all specific information regarding itineraries and confirmation numbers will be made available to you upon request.

Do not use Travelocity!!!Their customer service is horrific. Their company model is based on lack of accountability. They are unhelpful, insulting, rude and crass. They provide no compassion or articulate customer care. If anything in your itinerary changes, they absolve any responsibility in it and do nothing to amend the issue. They place the blame on their vendors and provide NO refunds for their mistakes. Do not use this unprofessional, deceitful and scamming company.

I've been a loyal customer of travelocity, I am having a minor problem now with a trip I booked with them, I called last night to try to resolve it, and was on hold in between people for almost 5 hours, they were so unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and not taking responsibility for their mistake, I sooooo NOT recommend using them AT ALL!!!! I am going to continue to call better businesses, and corporate, there are so many companies out there better to use, do not use travelocity!!!!!

I purchased a flight and three others, and I'm not sure how to get seat assignments on AA. They ask for a confirmation number. I'm traveling with grandchildren and would like for us to near each other. Travelers are Sandra Miller, Vicki Junkin, Jaci Holsted and Lauren Holsted. We depart Sun., 10/2, on AA 277 enroute San Diego, CA. Could you please help me?

Have been trying since January to get 2 refunds owed to me by Travelocity. They have been saying for 5 plus months to wait. The refunds have been processed. Finally yesterday after several hours on the phone I was able to get one of the refunds processed but he disconnected me before doing the second one. Never got a call back even though he asked for my number in the event we got disconnected. I tried calling them today and was put on hold for i hr and 17 minutes. The attendant came back once during this time to tell me not to hang up. After the 1hr 17 mins I hung up and he did call me back and said it was almost time for me to get to a supervisor so to hold on. After another 27 minutes they disconnected me. Unbelievable !!!!!!!!!. 1hr quad 45 mins and never got to speak to anyone. Never, ever, ever use this company. You will never get a refund and you will never be able to report it or get anyone from their Corporate offices to acknowledge you. Absolute nightmare. I will report them to the US Attorney General and the FDC to have them investigate this scam of a company.

Booked a flight thru travelocity 30 days in advance to houston texas. Got to the airport (united airlines) and did not have a seat. The attendant asked if anyone would re schedule their flight to houston so I could get on the plane. Finally I was the very last one to board. Got the very last seat next to the restroom aisle seat..absolutely miserable experience. The attendant acted as I was the one who was inconveniencing her..Really!!!!

Ive spent hours trying to reach a travelocity person able to fix a flight mistake travelocity made which cost me $150 but also great frustration. This company essentially impossible to deal with if any problem arises. My recommnedation: NEVER EVER USE TRAVELOCITY. search for other reviews. my opinion is widely shared.

I am very disappointed with Travelocity!! Have booked hotels in the past with a friend under her name when we have traveled places!! This time when I did booking on my own it was a disaster!!! Agent said that there were amenities at the hotel and when I get to the hotel the amenities I asked for are not available!! That's very poor service to say there are things that in reality there is not!! I called Travelocity and they offered me a 50$ voucher for future booking but I will probably never book with them again so its a waste!! I asked for corporate information and they have none!! How does a company not have corporate headquarters information!! I am not pleased not one bit!! The hotel room stinks and I found a used condom in the room that me and my 3 year old son are supposed to sleep!! Ridiculous!!

I am trying to contact someone to tell them that we had a car rental confirmation in Las Vegas made through Travelocity; but when we went to get the car, Thrifty had no record of the rental. The date was February 9, our confirmation number

Horrible. Worthless. An astonishing waste of time and money. It is EXACTLY as everyone else here has described. Please, please, choose another company. Do not use Travelocity / Expedia. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. I would have saved myself hours of misery and hundreds of lost dollars.

Booked 6 rooms through travelocity. After check in we found bed bugs. Made several calls to Travelocity and was told it was up to the hotel to give us a refund and would have to wait to the next day as there was no mgr on duty at the hotel. After several phone calls travelocity finally agreed to give us a refund after I asked the, why they don't stand behind their product. I paid my money to travelocity they should be the one to refund my money. We were left to find another hotel with 6 rooms on a Saturday. We lost well over an hour just being on hold with travelocity plus having to check out and find different hotel accommodations. Five days later and we still have not been contacted by Travelocity nor the hotel to find out what all happened and to see if we were able to find a place to stay. Wow! That shows he level of care for the customer.

Hi, I have made a reservation with this website for a total of 141,17 USD. When I got to the firefly rental place they had me pay 374 dollars for the same reservation. The explanation was because I had to pay for insurance. Ok, I paid and few hours later I took a look at my bill and had a charge of 63 USD named travelocity.com. Then I called the customer service number and talked to a lady and she said it was insurance charge. I was then transfered to China because the booking was done from there. The guy then gave me a refund number to call that never answered.

Now I have 63 USD that I have no idea how I'll get it back plus the Firelfy theft. Because the only thing I missed was a gun pointed to my face, because the rest was just there.

The worst customer service ever. No one speaks clear understandable english. They lie then pretend they don't understand what you are saying. If you have any issue it won't get resolved, they just want to buy you tickets not figure out solutions

I had to cancel 2 round trip flights to Greece (leaving September 21) due to a court matter. Two of the four legs were on Swiss Air. The other two legs were on Lufthansa and Aegean. I was told that Swiss Air would provide a credit for the $1800 value of the cancelled tickets but that there would be a $300 "re-booking fee" for each ticket and that I had to use the credit by May 16 of next year. I asked if the re-booking fee could be waived because it was a court matter and the customer service representative agreed to contact Swiss Air while I was on hold to see if the fee could be waived. After being on hold for an extended period of time, the call was dropped.

I called back immediately, got a different customer service representative and was told there was no way to talk to the representative that I had been dealing with previously. After re-explaining the problem and being placed on hold for another long period of time, the customer service representative came back on and explained that Swiss Air would not consider waiving the fee unless there was a death in the immediate family or a medical emergency. I cancelled the ticket anyway and was promised a confirmation email to my email address on file (confirmed to be correct). I asked for and received a contact number for Swiss Air and concluded the call.

Called Swiss Air and was informed that the re-booking fee is handled through Travelocity and that only Travelocity can waive the fee.

I did not receive a confirmation email from Travelocity as promised. After 4-5 days, I called back and went through the entire saga again. I was told that the email is automatically generated so it must have gone out. Unexplainable. The customer service representative again went over the conditions of the cancellation and sent an email confirming the conditions. I did not hang up until I had received the email.

A few days later, as part of further discussions with Customer Service, we were informed that the flights using the credit needed to be booked by September 21!!! Not only was this never mentioned during the discussions with the first 3 customer service representatives, it was not included in the email that I received confirming the cancellation and giving the terms of the credit arrangement.

Now we are trying to re-book the flights. After the initial hour or two on the phone we have been told that numerous flights are unavailable and have been unable to talk to anyone in the United States. Not only has the experience been frustrating, until we are able to book alternate flights there is a growing concern that we have made a large and absolutely unintentional monetary donation to someone and Travelocity customer service has been no help in understanding who, why, and or how. Why is the entire $1800 credit from Swiss Air when they were only half of the flights I booked? Why is there conflicting information about the re-booking fee? Why is there uncertainty about the terms of the credit? This has to be a fairly common occurrence. Why is it so difficult to book alternative flights?

Hertz Confirmation. I reserved a car with Hertz for 9/3-9/6 for my son Logan Godfrey thinking it was a Fort Lauderdale Airport pick up. He needed to pick up the vehicle at E. Sunrise Blvd which was not clear when I made the order. My son had to pay the Airport Hertz franchise to get a car as it's a separately owned franchise and my VISA payment was not transferable. Please credit my VISA for $164.35 and confirm. I've tried three Travelocity email addresses over the past 10 days to deliver this message without success. I have notified VISA as well.
