Cut off by one of your drivers today. I think the plate was 3572P1. This was on 101 Southbound in San Rafael. When I switched lanes, he slowed down, pulled behind me and flashed his brights. Get him off the road!!!!

I was cut off by a PG&E truck driver today while on the freeway. He was going way under the speed limit on the freeway, and forced us to slam our our breaks (in the rain, mind you). Then when we were finally able to pass him, he flipped us off and called me an ass hole. I couldn't get the till free number from the back of his car, but his license plate number

Today, Aug 5, 2016, at around 3:00pm the PG&E vehicle 6F09619 was driving erratically and almost got into a car accent on Tharp rd. in front of LOWES. This driver was as unconcerned about the safety of anyone as he was about the law. I hope you take a look at his driving habits before someone gets hurt.

Waited half hour to speak to a human then that person could not hear me I could hear him si he disconnected
My bill it way too high for a under 100 sq food duplex I've asked for assistance to have someone check my place and am today to read the meter myself. I can't I don't know where it is. I've asked for financial help and I make 100 too much a month living on social security I've arranged to make payments but it says I owe full amount today in addition to feb small installment

A man parked an unmarked truck in front of our house looked all around our property making sure to note all our security system prior to ringing our doorbell & made sure he avoided looking at or within our view of our security camera.when we didnt answer he went to the side of our house attempted to open the gate several times,again avoiding being seen on our camera & then checking our mailbox for mail.even after we opened the door to ask what he wants he stayed away from the view of our camera again.also, he tried to remove our intruder alert sensor.
Im our neighborhood where theres been a lot of robberies & vandalism,homeowners own guns & we were already prepared to shoot if necessary & tell police its self defense.we will be filing a complaint with the local police & providing them our videos from security footage.

Today, October 8, 2015, at 4:30pm the PG&E vehicle PE77301 ran a stop sign at the end of the Echo Valley Road exit off Rt 101 directly into the path of my vehicle causing me to slam on my brakes, swerve into the next lane and almost hit a truck. I leaned on my horn and took out my camera. When the operator saw me taking a picture of his vehicle he sped up to over 60 mph to avoid it. He was slowed by another car in front of him but swerved back and forth as if to blur the image. Echo Valley Road is 40mph, windy, and fairly highly populated. Your driver was as unconcerned about the safety of anyone as he was about the law. His attempt to flee the situation demonstrated cowardice. I hope you place a restriction on this idiots driving before he kills someone, but I expect nothing will happen.

Since then, I have had solar panels installed. The problem is that the solar company can not start our solar program until I am out of this electrical discount program. I have consistently tried to change my billing date due to SSI payments but PGE in there infinent wisdom have dropped the ball for 6 months running freaking corporate idiots. To hell with PGE

what ever happen to professional courtesy with businesses these days??? today pge did some sort of survey flagging where your two employees went up and down white ave. in chico, ca. with out giving any courtesy notice just went ahead and traipsed through any property they wanted not telling the owners of the property anything that was going on or even asking any permission trespass on premises. yes we buy your services but that does not mean you own the world!!! so take your rudeness and shove it down deep, and come pick your flags up out of the streets!!

One of your trucks with license # 8L51721 ran a light on Stony Pt. and Hwy 12 on Wed. 3/11 at 7:15am. He made a left turn right into oncoming cars causing at least one car to veer out of the lane to avoid him.

I am sick to my stomach when I see your employee good feeling ad. Yes, they are local everyday people. Yes, they are family man & woman and they like to work for PG&E. But you are spending our money to let us know this. What a waste !!! Those ads are on everyday for many months now. STOP IT. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I am sick of it. The more you advertise, the more you spend, the more I dislike you.

They sent me the bill of the property which I don't know where it is. I called for closing the bill for a couple of times, they said that they would take care of it.But I received a letter from a collection agency. Very bad service!

So I also received a $559.70 billing including $344.70 overdue. Someone must have erred as I live in an igloo in the great northern territory of Canada and have never been near the pacific ocean. Should I pay them the $559 first then try to get the billing straightened out or should I keep going as I have for 46 years now without gas or electricity and see if they can find my igloo in order to serve me? p.s. we only go to the trading post twice a year to check for mail and to buy spices. I do use my Z-fone and solar panel off of a satellite for emergency contact.

Please check your billing for:563948902-8. I have no clue as to why I would receive a bill from PG&E using MY email when I don't even know anything about this company. I do not know to whom this account belongs to but this bill was sent to the wrong email. This is a business account email - in which I received this bill. What is up with this?

I live in a sub metered mobile home park.& qualified for the care program. the program offers a 20% discount. my rent receipts show that only 10% is being credited to my account. Is customary to keep part of the discount without notifying the tenant. after all the tenant is responsible to pay the 20% back, if pge/care finds discrepencies.

I live in a mobile home park with approximately 600 other residents. We received two copies of a letter (22581) saying that there would be a planned electrical outage for "the relocation of underground facilities". One letter is dated 1/11 and then a handwritten date of 1/17 and says that the outage is on Sunday, 1/27 from 8 am to 5 pm; the other is dated 1/16/13 and says that the outage is Saturday 1/26-Sunday 1/27 from 11:45 pm to 8 am. All attempts to reach Ramona Martin, the Planned Outage Coordinator, have been unsuccessful. Apparently, there's no one else that can discuss this matter. Since there's no emergency, the day and time of the outage (which still isn't known) is poorly planned. There's no good reason for an 8 hour outage to be planned for a day when most people are home. Being unable to discuss this with the person responsible makes the matter worse.

I want to say that the service I received was excellent tonight. I called at around 9PM and had a technician, Rocky, at my door by 10PM. He was very professional and friendly. Problem solved. Now I can sleep.

Hello

I moved in August and moved to Cobb, CA where we have no mail delivery, no mailman. I have a po box that i had all of my mail forwarded to. I never received a final bill from PG&E, no courtesy calls, nothing. I am in escrow buying a house. I got a call from a collection agency last week saying that I owed $117... I said, "Oh my God" and pd it immediately. She informed me that it had already been reported to credit reports. This lowered my score 50 pts!! over $117? When i had no prior notice?? So, I had a conference call with my loan agent. The customer service gal informed us that there was no way the mark could be removed, courtesy calls aren't for everyone (by the way.... thanks for the excellent service) so, my life is being negatively impacted over $117 when I had no communication until after the fact. I demand that this be removed, I pd it the second I was informed. It's absurd, unreasonable and criminal. I need to have this resolved immediately, hopefully peacefully, or I will contact my lawyer on Monday morning. I am prepared to take this to the top. Remember Erin Brokavich? San Bruno? It's apparent that PG&E takes no accountability for their actions and do not care about the people.

$117 dollars? Really? Courtesy calls aren't for everyone??

it looks like I now have to have a windows live id why? why do you keep changing the path to get my bill downloaded. This has become increasingly annoying.
