I purchased a North Face dark grey long sleeve t-shirt and discovered at home a white NF logo tag sewed onto the outside of the sleeve at the wrist.

It ruins the shirt. Tasteless. I'm returning it.

North Face company doesn't support their merchandise or company name on their merchandise. I will not purchase any of their merchandise or shopping in their stores.

My white 0-3 month fleece snowsuit - one of the snaps broke - I just wanted a
Replacement snap. They want me to send the whole thing to them just for a snap.
This is ridiculous - 4-6 week wait to get it back. We will have outgrown it by then.
Tried to call the 888-863-1968 - no one was there no operator this was at 2:20 pm
Someone should be there and couldn't leave a message. POOR CUSTOMER
SERVICE. Not customer friendly. I have 4 of these infant fleece snowsuits in diff
Sizes. Not happy - cant even send me 1 white matching snap for me to fix it.

I have purchased a Northface jacket for my granddaughter it is falling a part I am so unhappy I have spent all this money and she really enjoys wearing the jacket I try returning the jacket I have no receipt is been a year and all I wanted to do is to get another jacket

I received a black north face fleece jacket as a gift. I am very disappointed and embarrassed. The jacket sheds all over. It sticks to seatbelts and is ruining my sweaters! I have washed it seviral times and it keeps happening. I think it may be a defect. My friends cannot believe that a north face jacket would shed like this!

These guys claim their product is 'premium' at a premium price and their material fails within a year. Extremely dissapointed at their product (TNF 3in1 Hyvent Jacket). Sent it in and they claim this will not be covered by warranty and I have to pay for repairs and for shipping. Prety stupid to have spent $400+ to get a product that is only fashionable and nowhere close to the quailty they promised. Better to spend half that amount and get something slightly less branded like Timerland, Columbia and get your moneys worth.

The North Face products are very popular and unfortunately copied and bootlegged everywhere. The return policy problems described keep TNF from replacing products that are not truly theirs, sold by dishonest retailers.

Twice I've contacted The North Face regarding an issue with a jacket that was a Christmas gift. I've received no response whatsoever. Very disappointed with your lack of customer service.

There zippers appear they have a problem I had to sent back my jacket and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks . well winter will be over in New England by then. THe Northface company is nothing like LL Bean if you have heard about this company. You buy, if broken just return, will receive a new jacket. Their shoes are also warrenty what a different in companies. You know what people can do with these jackets forward them to 3rd world countries who would appreciate them. I surely don't. Garbage in, Garbage out.

Dear customer service I purchased a North face jacket from blacks in Ealing , after just wearing only once she noticed the zipper getting stuck, took it back to the store in Ealing, but for some reason the store was closed. So the very ne t day went to the next branch in Kingston, there I was told there was nothing wrong, but they would send it in to be checked and I would have to wait for 2 weeks to get it back. It became back to me within a week, nothing was sorted out, so I got the address of North face and sent the jacket directly back to them, and I had to pay for the postage, i then inquired if they had received it and they said yes and this time it was going to take 4 weeks to get a response, the jacket is delivered just a day before Christmas, the very same coat with the faulty zipper. Yesterday my daughter wore it and now the zipper has come off completely. I want my money back or an exchange, I have never experienced such poor customer service in any of the stores before.

My son got a black jacket for Christmas and wanted grey instead. Next day, with receipt, Dicks Sporting would not exchange because I took the tag off!! Really must be difficult to attach the tag back on! Im ticked.. his grandmother spent $200 on a jacket we can't exchange for another color!? Not in Dick's refund policy, but manager said its Northface policy. Stupid!

The service at The North Face store at the Siam Discovery has possibly got to have the worst service ever! Completely snobby and inattentive and they don't even bother to hire staff with basis product knowledge. Everything was a mess and it appears that I know the products more than they do.

I purchased a bounary triclimat jacket on Nov 23, 2012, at Ozark Adventures in Springfield Mo. I cant get the zipper to work. I tried to return it today and they wouldn't take it because of the date of purchase, and the tags had been removed(which I had with me). After paying over $200.00 for the coat I felt I wasn't treated right and want some help with this coat.

If North Face is truly a credible brand they need to investigate their dishonest clearance outlet imposters using their trademark on web sites that don't exist. Buyers Beware 12/2012

I too can confirm the online outlet's customer service stinks and they don't even try to make themselves available to their online customers. Jene 12/05/2012

Dear Customer Service,

I purchased a pair of sneakers at your Retail store near Siam Paragon 3
months ago. I paid the equivalent of $150 usd for the shoes. Within about 2
weeks I noticed the soul was separating from the core of the shoe. As I live
in Cambodia it was another month before I went back to Bangkok. Within
hours of my arrival I went back to the North Face outlet. I no longer had my
receipt but the staff offered to GLUE the sole back onto the shoe. I got
the impression even had I the receipt they would not have replaced the shoe.
I accepted this reluctantly as my only choice.

Needless to say, 3 weeks later the glue no longer worked and the soul is
separating again. Essentially I have a $150 usd pair of North Face shoes
that have been sub-standard since the 1st month I bought them.

I have attached photos of my shoe to show the model and the damage.

As I am going back to Bangkok in 3 weeks is there not a way to have this one
shoe replaced? Its bad enough the shoes are nearly $40 more in Thailand
than the USA, but to have the quality fail and then inly be offered some
glue is a real disappointment. I planned on these shoes being capable of
holding their quality for a year or more. In the United States it would be
unheard of not to have the shoe replaced without question. Re-gluing will
not be an option.

I see the North Face guarantee would cover this but I live in Cambodia and
am not about to mail my shoe to California. Here is the store that I made
the purchase.

I have never done a customer complaint before, but this time, I felt I had to.

I bought my daughter an almost 200.00 North Face jacket. The zipper on the pocket broke. I called Gander Mountain in Portage, Michigan - where I bought it, and they would exchange it, or look for a store that had the same jacket. My daughter loves it. They couldn't find one, refused to contact North Face to see if they could order one for me. I even asked - could I, take my time out of my day, get the zipper fixed, and I could be reimbursed - and she wouldn't even consider it, she said "no". She said I could get an in-store credit. All I wanted was some help with the jacket - my daughter loves it.

This is the worst customer service, I have ever received. Our whole family wears North Face, and I am sure you would stand behind your product, but not this employee at the store. So I will get the zipper fixed, with my own time and money, so my daughter can enjoy her jacket.

Sincerely,

Michelle Yingling
