I have tried to talk on the phone to customer service about a question but no luck So here goes. My name is Dale Shipman and I am wondering if a joint account with my ex wife is still on file with MasterCard. If so please remove my name from the account. My last four digits of my SS is 2131. I Received A Notice From Capital One That My Payment Was Overdue. Of Course It Is - We Didn't Get A Statement From Them Last Month. When I Called To Ask For A Resend, It Was Promised. But We Have Failed To Get A Statement. We Will Not Pay Online, We Want A Paper Statement Sent To Us With No Late Charges Because It's Not Our Fault!!!!!
After literally 10 tries, I was able to speak with a CS rep, who informed me there was nothing they would do to reverse a charge for a booking.com reservation that was wrong. I have evidence, which has been acknowledged, that the res I made, was not the one I received. I am stuck for a $287 for a room with 1 bed for 3 people in the President Hotel in Miami beach, FL. I will hammer them and booking.com next. Mastercard sucks! Use Visa!
I contacted Mastercard customer service because my card expires in 5/15. I will traveling internationally for an extended period of time and requested a new card be sent prior to my departure. Mastercard would not guarantee that I would receive it prior to my departure and told me that if I did not receive it prior to my departure, it would expire at the end of the month....which would leave me without a working credit card. I spoke to a supervisor, who bordered upon rude, and absolutely lacked an understanding of my concern to be without a credit card internationally. I have been a long standing Mastercard user and will not be renewing my Mastercard as a result. Poor customer service!!!
I need help/ I have a Master Card in my name that came to my from the Uk. As a beneficiary that about was placed on this card. My dim mat that was to deliver this card said the microchip has been damages. He is presently waiting in the Us to know what to do. If he divers it and it is not usable that will be a problem. Can a new Master card be sent out to me? My name should be on that card as Joyce E, Meers.

I have been trying to reach a representative by phone for 46 minutes and have nothing but computer voice giving me a response that was not appropriate to my issue. I have been referred to several numbers, depts., etc. and 46 minutes later have not been able to reach a LIVE person. I have never had this issue with any other company and at my wits end with no alternative but to leave house and drive to a local Bank of America which is very inconvenient at this time. Hopefully the local Bank of America representative will have a resolution to this issue. Horrible way to actually get the right responses.
It would seem that Sprint has taken over Master Card. The service? has gotten so bad. You call and punch all the numbers only told to call someone else for your answers. Call them and they tell you to call another number. Then you're back to where you started!
Why can't Master Card hire someone that knows how to stamp cards correctly? They always punch things over the phone number for help. BTW the number on my card hooked me up with a porn site. Good work MC!
I am a Merchant who detects fraud and it is impossible to get in contact with any one with the customer service to verify information with Mastercard. I am out of ways to very peoples orders who pay with the carrier and I have found quite a few orders that are fraud that I cant contact customers to inform or to inform the bank. I dont even know how this would help but I would surgest that you find a different credit card company because this one wont help you.
I have been trying to contact a rep by phone to ask questions about the World Mastercard that I am interested in applying for. I cannot reach anyone to talk to and after reading the other comments about your service I have decided to go with Capital One Visa. They are customer friendly!!!
