I have been trying to reach a representative by phone for 46 minutes and have nothing but computer voice giving me a response that was not appropriate to my issue. I have been referred to several numbers, depts., etc. and 46 minutes later have not been able to reach a LIVE person. I have never had this issue with any other company and at my wits end with no alternative but to leave house and drive to a local Bank of America which is very inconvenient at this time. Hopefully the local Bank of America representative will have a resolution to this issue. Horrible way to actually get the right responses.
