I have been on hold for 1 hour and 46 minutes- do you think someone might pick up soon- I have been transferred to 3 different depts. This is an awful customer service line

The first person i spoke to had trouble understanding the concept of lights on the bottom of the microwave illuminating the burners illuminating the range below. When i was eventually able to explain that one of the lights was out on the underside of the microwave and there appeared to be no way for a consumer to replace it, she sent me to another number, 844 200 5440, which did not answer w a live person in about 40 minutes when i hung up.
Others have obviously hadthe same experience. It is unconscionable, and I have no one to advise about this small but annoying problem.
