I purchased a Maytag Centennial washer and dryer in November 2011 but due to issues with the first washer I didn't receive my washer until January 2012. Up until three weeks ago life was good, but now when I push the button to start a load I can go back in 30 minutes and it will not even have began to wash. I now have three weeks of laundry to wash due to the extremely high cost just to have someone look at the machine. It doesn't include the parts and labor. I am very disappointed with this product. I travel every week so now I have to go to the laundromat before I can even pack to go to work.

I was o hold for over a hour then got disconnected. called back 45 later had to hang up my phone battery died. I was calling in regards to a compressor for my air conditioner. Maytag that is sold through home depot. Why was it taking a week to get a compressor? No one answered the phone.

I called the 1-800 number and was informed I would have a 10 minute wait. After 22 minutes I hung up. I have a question about our Maytag Centennial dryer. Is anyone there?

My washer is ruining my clothes. All my towels had to be replaced because they look like someone has taken a pick to them drawing up the threads. Also my clothes have started to shred as well. My Maytag washer will not be a year old until the end of this month, What can I do? I do not want to buy another washer since mine is not even a year old yet.

I bought a HE Maytag washer 5 years ago--pretty red, front load on pedestals. The rear counterweight broke and I CANNOT get a replacement part because it has been discontinued. WHAT! Seriously, it is only 5 years old. Does Maytag not stand behind their product? I have been on the phone for two days trying to get someone to help me. Nope.
