I ordered a Mac & Cheese bowl in Central Point, OR, and could literally see the bottom of the bowl thru the sparse amnt of M & C that was inthe container. Couldn't send a pic cause I needed to buy 'a fully refundable'
Membership because I don't have card, so i can pay to send a complaint

I had a very bad meal from KFC, Calle Teresa Carreno 4, Malaga, Spain so I did the right thing and complained reasonably and politely to the restaurant itself and to the head office in Madrid. I had no response whatsoever from either. I wrote again saying that as a best-selling author I had more than a million followers on social media and I thought they deserved to know how little KFC care about their customers...nothing.
I now intend to pursue this and I apologise if this effects your business in any way but I feel you should know just how your head office responds to complaints.

I will not go back !! You hire total incompetents and they have NO accountability. Last TWO times I went during dinner hour and they had NO chicken. Told it would take 25 mins to get some! Twenty-five minutes to fry chicken???? When they were already out??? It should have already BEEN cooking.

Tonight my husband and I went KFC Holland Ohio location. My husband told them make the order right because twice before totally wrong! Well tonight was no different. We always get for husband 3 thighs potato and gravy and coleslaw. Same for me but one wing and one thigh! They cannot get it straight! My husbands order was great mine...wing and BREAST! I do not like breast meat. I had sat in the emergency room all day so I was exhausted! Please retrain your staff. Or something. Our order is never correct!

Went thru our local KFC Kirksville Missouri , 63501, today around noon, not that busy, waited at window about 15 minutes , while lady at window stood there holding my change back, got the extra crispy leg, thigh special, with mashed potatoes, gravy biscuit, drink meal, all good except sopping wet greasy, no crispy on chicken, so terrible we won't be going back, horrible dripping grease chicken, and we love kfc chicken, usually don't get everything we order there, new restaurant this past year, terrible service, sounds rude, apparently they've lost the recipe for kfc at this one.

I ordered the snack box 2 pieces of chicken leg in the thigh. I ordered Krispy. The chicken is too greasy and way too salty. Not ever going to buy it again. I may try your pot pie I hear that they are very good.

What is the difference of walking in getting order and walking in giving your order? I know the fear of working, and the fear of the virus have changed the way things are done but it doesn't mean you have to treat people like a disease!!!

There is a big problem at your KFC in Palm Springs, Ca. 725 S. Palm Canyon Road

We can no longer even get food at your Palm Springs location because the place is so surrounded with homeless drug users that many of us feel unsafe going there. They don't appear to do anything about the situation. Both the Jack in the Box and Starbucks across the street from them work to control the congregation of homeless so I know your company could too.

The men smoke drugs in the open and lounge and pass out on the actual outside property of this KFC so it is within their power to drive this problem away with security guards or using other methods that nearby establishments are using. It's sad. They seem to coddle them or accept the open drug use which drives away customers instead. We have tried to call them to ask why...no one ever answers the phone.

I was at Kentucky fried Chicken and flat Rock Michigan. I arrived there at 7:02 p.m. when I got up to order she said we're closed it's 7:30. I said my clock says 7:28 she says I said 7:30. I get my family dinner there every week or two it's not going to happen again. They have cameras out there the guy in front of me got to order I asked to talk to the manager she said she was the manager and we're closed

I went to KFC last night about 8:20. There was nobody in front of me at the drive through.. The guy taking orders told me to "wait".
I waited 8 minutes, left and went to Popeyes to get my food.
This is not the first time this has happened at this Longview location..
Poor customer service...
I have given you two chances to provide good service and you failed.
You might need to evaluate your employees.

Never had a problem in the past,ordered 2 bowls and 5 pc tender w/mashed n 2 mac an cheese.The chicken in your bowls were hard n overly greasy tasted horrible.The gravy was in abundance which covered the small amount of cornI
also noticed you cut down on the corn. The container for the chicken tenders/Plastic did not snap closed on one side,they fell out.I tried to closeit not working which is nt acceptable.Totally disatisfied,I have been a customer for yrs ,what changed?Threw out bowls and I had to walk 9 blocks home to find this out!How do I get compensated for this ?

We order a 8pc bucket it was all smash in bottom with biscuits on top look like chicken and dumplings.i called the store and they said they were sorry but for $72:00 Dollars to be delivered it was so bad the chicken was mostly off the bone.kfc lavergne tn.

This evening and approximately 8:30 I was the only car at the drive-through Lane and I was attempting to order three chicken legs with a side of mashed potatoes no gravy. It took a minute but I was informed that they have only one chicken leg and it comes with two sides what did I want? I said all I want is the one chicken leg I guess since you only have one with a side of mashed potatoes no gravy. She repeated it back to me one chicken leg with a side of mashed potatoes no gravy I said yes I do not want another side this is all I want. She told me it was $4 and some number of change I can't remember and I pulled around the corner pulled up to the window to pay gave her a $5 bill told her hang on to the change I know there's a shortage. She added me a bag with my stuff very friendly hope you have a good night and I was going home. I live about 15 minutes from the restaurant and by the time I got home and inside my house and Ready-to-Eat it had probably been 20 minutes. So I open the box and yes there was a chicken leg, unfortunately it was mostly batter you take a bite and the coating fell off revealing in a very small chicken leg. Which is okay I guess maybe that's the way they come maybe I just got the last one and that was the odds of what you're going to get. Then I open the lid on my mashed potatoes, when I said no gravy I meant none instead I got basically half a cup of gravy on top of a little bit of mashed potatoes. To say I was upset is correct. I was not out of my head angry I just wanted to call and tell them to listen more closely when someone places an order, whether it's from the customer to the order taker or from the order take her to the cooked some where the conversation changed and I wanted them to pay closer attention next time. I called the number it rang for over a minute and then it went to busy. Okay, I thought well maybe they're getting busy so I waited 5 minutes after eating my chicken leg and staring at my ocean of gravy I'm a little bit of mashed potatoes wondering if I could scrape off enough to actually eat some of it. I did do that I got approximately 4 bytes of mashed potatoes out of the entire cup that holds them. The rest was thrown down my kitchen sink. So I went back to my chicken leg and finished eating that oh, it was very good there just wasn't much of it. So I tried to call again this time it just rang well over a minute-and-a-half nobody was going to answer so I hung up. I am not happy, I think that's if you're going to charge $4 for a chicken leg one leg, with a side of an edible mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I don't think that's a huge order and I don't see why there was a mistake made. I just thought you should know that maybe you should retrain some of your people to pay attention and make sure even after they repeat it back to you that they either write it down or they immediately make it so there are no mistakes. There food is deplorable mash potatoes bowls dry a teaspoon of gravy and teaspoon of corn refused my biscuits grubhub 1225 to 1235 its 1 oclock and still not picked up when I called they told me go get it it was a total was of my money and time this 3rd complaint to KFC still no reponse

I do not know what has happened to KFC. It has always been my favorite place to get chicken for I knew the quality and freshness is something that was always there. I do realize that each store is franchised, but there should be rules when they are using a reputable name that has been around as long as KFC has.
I have given this store the benefit of the doubt six times, but each time I have come away very disappointed.This last time I could not tell the difference between a wing and thigh piece of chicken, the thighs were that small.The $25 I paid for this did not feed a family of 4 or even come close. The Pieces were very small and burnt.I was so disappointed and will I not be returning.It is really a shame to have a company around this long to allow certain stores destroy the good name it once had.

I bought a 26 piece bucket of chicken from the store in coffeyville Kansas and one piece wasn't completely done.. several other pieces of chicken were so dry and tough you couldn't eat them.like they had been laying under a heat lamp for hours

The last 2 times I have visited a KFC I have been extremely disappointed. About 2 weeks ago we went to the KFC in Menomonee Falls, Wi. at 5:30 pm. I ordered a meal with extra crispy chicken and was told they had no extra crispy. Today (12/20/2019) we went to the KFC in West Bend, Wi. The time was 5:00 pm. I ordered a $5 box with a chicken breast and was told that they had no breasts! My wife and I turned around and walked out the door. This store seemed to be very understaffed. There were only 2 gentlemen working. My question is; Why can't these stores have product ready to sell to the public at dinner time? You have lost a customer for life!

I just ordered the 10 piece meal and got home to find order was wrong. Was told only had extra crispy. I only got eight pieces. They charged me $26.21 for the 10 piece which I didn't get. What I got was eight wings and thighs, which were dried out and old. I am not happy. I tried calling the store several times but they didn't answer. They were too busy playing around and having fun to work.

Rude and incompetent employees. Had to repeat my order multiple times to cashier. Finally cashier called another employee to help her figure out what she had done to register. This person was hostile and rude and downright mean. 45 minutes later rude person shouted at me that order was ready. Checked food prior to leaving to discover it was nothing like I ordered. Brought this to the attention of the shouter who basically told me I got what I ordered. By this time I lost patience and told her to refund my money. I will not be back. KFC is located in St. George, SC I live in the area and more than once have gone in after church (12:15) to be told they are out of chicken. This is the final straw and I intend to pass the word about this store.

5544 Indian River Road Store in Chesapeake. Va. has a pot hole in drive thru that have existed long enough to look like a sink hole. When manager was asked about it he shurg 8-20-2019 @ 6:19 pm. Then service was horrible.

6/7/19 3:00 pm ordered two chicken dinners to go from Shelbyville Ky Boone station rd restaurant.Fifteen minutes later we opened the orders.Both dinners were cold over cooked and tough.The biscuits were hard the mashed potatoes were uncovered and cold.Spoke with the manager she seemed unconcerned and did not believe me.I've ate at this store for years and have never been treated so poorly.Untill something changes we will not spend our money there.

The Kentucky fried chicken in antelope California on watt Avenue is practicing racial profiling. My friend and I went to that location 15 minutes at separate times and the manager looked at me and said we do not give out free senior drinks when my white friend grove thru drive thru and asked for a free senior drink she was given a free Pepsi. I visited your Restaurant #G135494 on 9227 Cullen Blvd. in Houston, TX.
I am very disappointed with the service I received. I bought the 12 pc meal and asked that I get all mashed potatoes. I was also only given (4) biscuits and macaroni and cheese that I don't eat. All the chicken was white meat and my family eats dark meat. I would really love a refund! This is absolutely ridiculous when people can't count to six and if they didn't have any more biscuits they should have offered me another option.
