Good morning! . We love the Meal Simple choices. Perfect for single or a family. Particularly good are Parmesan Green Beans. And seafood stuffed salmon.
However, the beef brisket enchilada meal needs a bit more brisket. I had a great one about 6 months ago. Recently though the amount of beef has been very small, almost non existent. It came up in conversation with my neighbor yesterday and she's had the same experience. So we thought you should know.
Thank you for listening...
We love the Brodie Lane store in Austin. ??

I love your new store in the Heights. We've left Kroger and Whole Foods because your people are usually awesome and your stores are well organized and sharp.

But sadly, this evening, 6:10 Saturday April 11th, I tried to avoid the crowds by using the self service line. I had one item. The young lady pointed me to a kiosk and said "You can use that one, Boss Man," indicating one that would allow for social distancing. Boss Man has always seemed weird to me, but I was just getting some bacon and I was leaving quickly. No big deal.

I did the transaction, but neglected to complete it, I forgot to approve the amount. So I started to leave before I'd completed the last step - or at least I was about to. I didn't make it.

"Boss man, boss man...you need to finish your transaction!" I was sort of stunned. That slang might be acceptable on the street, But the young lady, who was very attentive to all the transactions didn't seem to have any problem with it...I mean, MAYBE the one time when she was directing me to a kiosk - but certainly not multiple times. It sounds very trashy...But she wasn't done.

As I stood there trying to figure out if she was trying to be casual, irreverent or she was just not particularly aware of my surprise, she said it again, "Seriously boss man, if you leave it uncompleted, I'll get fired. Please boss man, please...boss man..." she hit me with the triple boss man!

I went back hit the approved button for the one item, said "My name isn't boss man" and she smirked, "See, that wasn't THAT hard."

She may not be completely familiar with the origin of that phrase, was obviously not aware of my discomfort with it being used in a setting that, while definitely not requiring forms of formal address, certainly "Boss Man" is inappropriate...isn't it? Or am I just completely nuts.

She CLEARLY had no idea, cuz she used it again and again and again.

It was truly one of the weirder and more unpleasant moments of my grocery shopping experience. But I got my Jalapeño bacon.

Boss Man? Wow. Just thought I'd let you know. It's not a great reflection on your fine company.

This is a note of sincere appreciation for the curbside shopping option. What a blessing. I work in home health for elders in their homes. We can order by email, drive up to the curbside pickup, and get their groceries put right in the car. This allows folks who probably can't navigate a walk through the store to choose their own groceries, and makes it easy for them to pick up the order, or me to get the order for them, while those who can, ride along. Thank you for this, and for the always friendly and cheerful folks who bring the groceries to our cars!!

HEB Angleton has some of the most unfriendly cashiers ever. Always feel uncomfortable coming here. Wish I liked Kroger's more. Certainly wouldn't come back here!

The guys in the deli section are busy talking and have no urgency whatsoever. Circle C HEB. I even took a picture.

I was just at the Kyle HEB at Kyle Parkway. I was not greeted except with a stare from the clerk but the boxboy was so preoccupied with his phone he couldn't look at me or even bag my groceries. He tossed my last item at me without even putting it in the bag all the while staring at his phone. I know we live in a world of technology but customer service goes a long way!

Do you really represent Customer Service at HEB? My attempts to address an issue with HEB have only led me straight to this comment box. My comment is that HEB refers us to contacthelp.com for customer assistance. But turning to you is getting me nowhere at all. Now what?

I just heard the very sad news that Randall's on lake Austin blvd is becoming an HEB soon. Randall's customer service is top notch and HEB has horrible customer service. I'm just devastated. I had the worst experience trying to get Tilliamook ice cream to HEB at another store in Austin. They wouldn't get back to me and the customer service at your headquarters did not either. Finally I got the ice cream at Randall's and even at sprouts. I quit shopping at HEB because of the horrible treatment. HEB has everyone fooled on being so great. You get the tillamook ice cream in the store I might change and try HEB. You alll need to make sure u work on customer service and be more open to getting products in your store. And most of your stores in Austin stink...smell funny. Work on cleanliness.

Your 20 percent off6 wines is deliberate deceptive advertising. In over 25 years of shopping HEB in San Antonio/ Houston I never had an experience like I just had at the Grand Parkway HEB. I will never buy wine again from HEB.

I was standing behind and elderly customer who was speaking to a cashier by the name of Lisa about an item she left in the store which was a package of Thick Cut Bacon for 3.50 and she had her receipt. Well the cashier expressed how she can't just give the bacon to her to replace her package, so a Manager by the name of Derrick comes out and states he has to roll the cameras back to see if she walked out the store with the bacon. The woman looked totally confused stating she is being honest she didn't have the bacon when she got home. Seeing how confused she was and how the cashier was being rude and inconsiderate I asked the elderly lady was she okay and I asked the cashier could I speak to the manager who is handling this situation. She leaves and comes back saying he said you all have to wait, so I asked for his name and she stated I can't give you his name. This was the worst customer service I have ever saw, so the store manager passes by and I asked him what's the protocol for when a customer leaves an item. He states because it's so many people uses that excuse they have to check the cameras. I was really upset at what they was putting this woman through so I volunteered to purchase the bacon that the cashier has and she tells me I have to go and get back in line which the lines are going down the isles. The Store Manager response when I said how horrible Lisa's customer service was said he would speak to her. I do not plan on shopping again at this location or any location for that matter cause no customer should be treated that way especially an elderly lady. I ended up getting back in line to purchase the bacon for the lady. This was the HEB #25/369

Your ad on creamy creations ice cream cuts to an Asian & Hispanic and says if you are not from here you just don't get it. Well I'm a Hispanic Texan and I'm hoping this was an over sight. You can cut that part and keep the words without damaging the integrity of the ad and your own reputation

Horrible experience three lanes open for 15 or more and we are backed up down three isles and 7 for 15 or less and they penalty you for getting more then 15 items and have to wait 40 plus minutes to check out!!!!!! What a scam they are and racist fascist people I have ever met!!!! Because I'm white they don't care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchase HEB BABY ORGÁNICAS FREQUENTLY. JUST TODAY I noticed an expiration date. They must have a short shelf life or HEB is not watching the dates. Iwas so disappointed I could not get a refund or exchange without a receipt.
I have at least 12 pouches. Are they still good for consumption?

I am super upset that the gift card my parents gave me has a zero balance on it even though I never used it! Because apparently HEB charged a fee on it every month! And how was I supposed to know that when its on the back of the card that was in an HEB gift card envelope taped up!? So now my parents paid $25 dollars for a card O never even got to use!!! Super disappointed with HEB!! Since when do gift cards expire and get charged? I want my card replaced!

Exceptional customer service in bakery at Barker Cypress/290 77433 today.!! Susie went above and beyond by offering to make me an edible cake image using my photo for my mom's birthday cake - she actually went in the back and found a cake that MATCHED the colors in my photo - it was beautiful !! My mom and the rest of us just loved it. Susie was very busy and handling lots of customers by HERSELF but she offered on her own anyway - was overwhelmed by her kindness and thoughtfulness - what a wonderful employee !!!

HEB in Rockport is local store. Store undergoing remodel Suggestions:
-Please expand selection of groceries in the store. Very frustrating to that many products featured in ads are not available at store. Especially important to add fresh precooked meals and other specialty foods.
- aisles are extremely narrow support posts often block access.
- shelves very high reaching can result in climbing onto lower shelf to reach items not in very front of topshelf.
- consider proving a few seating areas. Rockport demographic is at least 50% retirees.
- Expand deli section.
Over all great strore but needs to be expanded. Access to registers Is blocked by large center area for magazines floral etc. must walk across back aisle to get back to front. Register area often so congested not able to navigate through to cross customer service or to cross from one side of store to another.
Great to know curbside pickup will soon be available

Last a big THANKYOU for all of the support heb has provided to the Rockport community during recovery from Harvey.
HEB and it's team of support personnel are the heart of ourdevasted town.

I shop at my locate HEB and we have had some problems in the past. First and far most we are a family of 5 so when we purchase food we purchase alot. I have come to realize that you have to check the expiration dates of all dairy and meats. I can guarantee tht you will find that the expiration date is within 2-3 days only accept for Milk. Well any how this pass Sunday we did our grocery shopping and Tuesday noght i got ready to cook my dinner i had all my veggies prepped and ready I got my steak meat out to get ready to cut it up. The top layer was bright red and pretty and when i lifted the first piece i notice the meat under was half Grey. The part you could see was red but the part hidden by forst piece was Grey not brown but grey as I peeled the other two layers of meat back it was the same thing. I was very upset. Its 7 pm and i am ready to make my dinner and the meat is bad I was not going to serve that to my family. I had to get in my car with meat in bag and drive to HEB at customer service the Manager Linda was called she claim of this never happens we us the best quality meats and so forth. I explained this is not the first time i had to return a pack of red meat to the store because I realize it was brown and the expiration date had passed although I purchased a day or so in advance. I am confused why advertise fresh ingrediants if its not true. The fruit and veggies have very short shelf lives we hve to eat them in day or 2 tops if not they are going bad and we are talking about watermelon that cost $5-8 the one cut up by store. I stopped buying that stuff because they charge alot for it and unless you eat it the same day or by next day it goes bad and you badically throw away $$$$$$$. Any how the steak meat I had purchased had a expiration date of 10/19/16 and I purchased on 10/16/16 and attempted to cook 10/18/16. Meat was not frozen i have a brand new fridge and it was in there for a day and half not nearly enough time to turn grey. Again my point is you have to check expiration dates on the chopped and bagged veggies of green beans they will have an expiration date of 10/21/16 and today is the 19th. So another words if your not watching you will buy food that will last a week and like me i dont buy food to cook daily not for a family of 5 I do not have the time to run to the store everyday for dinner. So if I buy it today but have dinner planned for Saturday or Sunday the veggie is already bad and expired. So my point is why advertise fresh ingredients if that is not true? That is false advertisement and you can get people sick!!! I feel like I have to check the expiration dates on everything in your store in order to be safe and if it is meat i have to be careful with the expiration date not being accurate, like what happen according to your package expiration date i still had a whole day before expiration and yet it was already Grey!!!!!! I did snap a picture because it was gross and it smelled. So your meat department packed that meat hidden under a nice pretty piece of red meat and still attempted to sell to a consumer knowing it was probably already on the brown stage and by the time I opened it was grey. Very sad and your company should be ashamed. I plan to splash the information to as many people as I can to make sure they are not serving bad food to thier families and not just trusting the big name brand because you make commercials with JJ Watt.

Your main website has not been accessible since at least this weekend. I have tried to access using multiple browsers. I typically use an iPad but also tried from my laptop using ms explorer and chrome. If I don't get fliers, I use your site to access fliers for my store of choice. I am not willing to make a trip to a store to get a flier and try to plan from there.

HATE the new HEB application. I went to the Alon store last night, and spent a lot of time shopping. I saw a lot of coupons advertised on the shelves of items, so I picked them up as they were on sale (impulse buys). I thought I could just "swipe" something from my new HEB app to get the discounts. When I got to the register, I was told I had to select the coupons in advance. When I opened the app to look for the coupons, then the gentleman behind me in line (who appeared to be the husband of an HEB employee as they were together checking out) rudely and impatiently made a comment that I should have done that in advance. Then the cashier told me even if I select the coupons it would take 30 minutes Before I could use them. It was all so confusing, I walked out and left the groceries behind. To me, False advertising.

I buy more than 25 pounds of Hill Country 4 flavor dry cat food a week and 3 cases of wet can cat food. I can never find discount coupons. I have 16 cats and food , flea collars, shampoos, toys ect. get pretty expansive. I am 63 years old and on a limited income. People tell me to get rid of my cats but they are my babies and make me happy. Could you please have coupons once in awhile to help me out financially? Thank you.
