I processed a 1 time payment for Cricket Wireless of $50.00 and they have managed to take out 7 payments all together of $50.00 a piece. I contacted my bank yesterday with Richard from Cricket Wireless on the line and spoke to a Manager by the name of Jess. Jess refunded my account the 6 payments that were not suppose to come out.. Between 3-4am this morning I received text alerts from my bank informing me that Cricket had taken the 6 payments again and causing my account to overdraw again.. I have been on the phone all morning with Cricket and my bank and each company places the blame on the other one.. I am now charged and overdraft, have no funds in the bank for gas to get to work and no one knows what is going on.. My banks dispute takes 10 business days and Cricket says 3-5 business days to find out what is going on.. I need some assistance with this matter to have my funds returned immediately!!! Their customer service stinks and each time they place you on hold for an hour or longer to come back and tell you "I am so sorry but".......

They charge me $200 in one day got negative in bank and even wasn't able to solve the problem because they discontent my service! !!!!!!! I was on hold for hour and they didnt help me! They couldn't transfer me to the supervisor! !!!!!!!

I had arranged my bill to be paid on the 3rd of each month through pay pal corresponding with my social sec disability benefits deposit,my checking account was debited on the 2nd resulting in an overdraft and this was not the agreement we arranged,please respond as I have been trying to reach someone all day- Walter Best

I've been with boost for 2 years I bought the ZTE grand x3 my tones don't work my dial tones my speakers some what it's troubleshooting I hope someone can reboot the phone for me I really do love the phone but the it's acting like there is something defected thanks

Please please have someone from Corp hqtrs operations contact me...have had much unhappiness with attempted resolutions on purchase of Samsung Galaxy s7 phone from local cricket store and cricket customer service..my phone ..name is Danny Wilcox...please help..very frustrated..have someone in the authority position to make command decisions (Noone less) contact me..I am a disabled veteran so have limited resources..thanks and God Bless

I can never get a live person ti speak to. I don't like talking to a machine. You can never get what you want right off. This has given me a head ache. I've tried now all morning to get someone on the line. I hate this system you all have. Put people back to work and stop with this bull machine. People need to get payed not the machine. Stop being so freaking cheap and hire people to handle business in a business manner.HELP PLEASE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK!!!!

I bought an LG stylo 2 and received a 1...I wanted the bigger phone in the first place, but the young girl couldn't sell me the demo. and they didn't have any on hand. She should have sent me to the Belmont store in the first place.It took 2 hours for her to sell me this phone because she had to keep calling another store for help. I was patient even though I missed an appointment, I didn't expect it to take that long. I was told that as soon as they came in I could trade my phone in for the other phone that I wanted,so I believed her and bought this one. I checked every other day to see if they came in, because I was told they were coming in. Today, a very rude young man at southern park mall with 10 people at the counter and none being waited on! He told me to go to Belmont in Youngstown. I went and the young man was very courteous and told me that I could only trade it in where I bought it, but that he would call the manager. I was told that because it was past the 8 days that I had to pay $107.00. correct me if I'm wrong, but Saturday to Saturday is one week, since I teach, I know for a fact that Saturday to Saturday is indeed one week....and since I have been to the store repeatedly checking for the phone, I didn't expect all this hassle. needless to say I don't have an extra 107.00 when the other phone was actually cheaper. This is so ridiculous, I have never experienced such incompetence, and would like something done. thank you Bonnie Bermudez

My Mother's phone that I purchased at Cricket Wireless kept dropping calls up to 4 and 5 times a call for well over ten days. She is blind and cannot drive so her caregiver drove her to the store on Greenville in Dallas. I had not even been 30 days and the problem did not arise until 7 days ago. I went into the store and they did a hard reset on my phone, lost my email address and password. The Manager/Owner Josh refused to credit my account and my phone is STILL dropping calls because of their NETWORK problems. JOSH THE STORE MANAGER WAS RUDE TO MY 76 YEAR OLD MOTHER WHO DOES NOT DRIVE, CANNOT SEE AND NEEDS A PHONE. IT IS PATHETIC.

I can't get an English-speaking person on customer service. And I can't get into my account.This is the worst service I have ever had including the years I was with you before.People in the store at 4488th/Wadsworth are imposible to get along with.This prowess is very very difficult.

I bought a phone from yourcompany today July 18 at around 2pm after the purchase i was told my phone will work as soon as possible. My phone is not working I can't recieve any type of communication. I called the support and the women on the Phone were very rude and confrontational . I'm a first time customer and im very upset about the staff and customer service provider .my phone still is not working and they can not provide
My any compensation it is horrible .worst phone company experience in Indianapolis, indiana

My husband passed away in April 2016. Our cell phone account was in his name. The name on the account for is Daniel R Webber. Last 4 digits of the social on the acct are ......7797. My name Annette, has always been on the account as a contact i also since my husbands illness have been paying the monthly bill with my visa card ending with the nunbers....4616. Hi my phone has been stop working. I haven't even used it that much every time i try to make a phone call it tells me to contact cutomer service. I cant contact cutomer service in the middle of a phone call it disconnects

yesterfay I visited a Cricket store on Alex-Bell Rd in Centerville Ohio & Teresa helped with setting up new service on my husbands phone... Not only was she very knowledgeable but she also made the whole experience very pleasant:).. I will definitely return to that location again to do business.

This is the worse customer service! I called for help and all I got was a machine trying to sell me things which had nothing to do with cricket! I am very unhappy! I was calling to get my $5 credit for the outage you had last week!I drive to the Cricket store when I was unable to text or make a call..I hope you can help me out..Thank you
