I bought an LG stylo 2 and received a 1...I wanted the bigger phone in the first place, but the young girl couldn't sell me the demo. and they didn't have any on hand. She should have sent me to the Belmont store in the first place.It took 2 hours for her to sell me this phone because she had to keep calling another store for help. I was patient even though I missed an appointment, I didn't expect it to take that long. I was told that as soon as they came in I could trade my phone in for the other phone that I wanted,so I believed her and bought this one. I checked every other day to see if they came in, because I was told they were coming in. Today, a very rude young man at southern park mall with 10 people at the counter and none being waited on! He told me to go to Belmont in Youngstown. I went and the young man was very courteous and told me that I could only trade it in where I bought it, but that he would call the manager. I was told that because it was past the 8 days that I had to pay $107.00. correct me if I'm wrong, but Saturday to Saturday is one week, since I teach, I know for a fact that Saturday to Saturday is indeed one week....and since I have been to the store repeatedly checking for the phone, I didn't expect all this hassle. needless to say I don't have an extra 107.00 when the other phone was actually cheaper. This is so ridiculous, I have never experienced such incompetence, and would like something done. thank you Bonnie Bermudez
