Try to stay with cox but Customer service un spanish sucks..only for internet try to charge me 80 dollars a month ..I talk to a representative in English and was totally different said that's only 31 dollars a month..that's how u treat your customers.. That's why im cancelling my service with you ...centurylink offers me better options I know those guys in the Spanish assistance don't care about customers they just sitting for a pay check

My internet is down & has been for days, please get someone to check on it, the phone calls to cox state they are too busy to answer the phone. Don't know what's going on with cox Internet, still have cable TV.

I have been trying everywhere that says 24/7 technical support and the only place that has answered with a real person in the last hour is some hearing and ac place. If you are not open 24/7 don't say you are!!

We have a cable that has been laying on the ground for close to 5 months. Cox has been promising to bury it, but still no action taken. It was promised to do it this Monday, but no show! We are considering canceling our account if no action is taken!! Very hard to mow grass with a cable laying on the ground.

I was trying to change our call forwarding from AZ to CO and every time I entered*72 I got a busy signal. So, I tried and tried to reach a live person at Cox. Finally I found the following number recommended online: . My wait time was less than a minute and the people who helped me were fabulous! Turns out I had not stopped the call forwarding from CO to AZ so the Cox people could not ring through to test it. Bless their hearts, they kept trying and finally reached me after I had turned the current one off. I have nothing but praise to offer, and if I knew their names, I would certainly give kudos to each one!

No 1 worst customer care, worst and rude technician Cox cable have with them. Very unprofessional. Just talk to a customer care lady name Sinthiya. OMG made me leave Cox internet today.

I live in Rhode Island and have with Cox cable for about 6-8 yrs. From the beginning I have had nothing but aggrevation on top of aggrevation. Your customer service department needs much much more training. I speak to one person and they tell me one things and then speak to another and tell me something totally different. Your billing department sucks, for they do not know how to add. I have been charged for calls I have not made. Also, I have been trying to get contact with Lifeline and when I find 2 persons that can give me the number and he was a supervisor they both gave me the Lifeline number for California Lifeline. then I call back the next day after being n the phone for over a half hour with 2 representatives and tell me they don't have the Rhode Island number for Lifeline. I need to get that myself. Go to Cox .net and look for the department. First of all, I thin k it is a shame that I have to look for the number when you provide the services. Second, they tell you to go to Cox.com but do not tell you what to click on. There is nothing listed for Lifeline services to click on. Need i tell you more, becasue I could tell youmuch more about Cox and it's terrible services for their customers. The only reason I have not stopped services is beacuse Full channel is more money and AI live on SSI.

I am trying to reach the corp. hq. phone number if anyone can help. I have been trying for three days to fix my tv cable box and all ,I get is crap. I've tried to speak to a supervisor and they will not make the effort. Yesterday ,I was told to leave name and phone number . So that the supervisor could call me and let me know when someone was returning to fix my cable. I got no call and my tv still does not work, we're talking three days. I need help ,so a call can be made to someone who will listen.Please.

Today is Saturday, Jan 24 2015 and the time is about 815pm and the channel involved is the History channel. there was a commercial in total Spanish. I live in the USA and speak only English. If this Spanish commercial is going to continue happening then I will close my account with everything involving your company. I find it insulting to me and other vets that have fought and died trying to keep this a English speaking country. if this is going to continue please let me know so I can switch to another provider. You have my phone numbers in your data base if you care to contact me

The customer support numbers are always busy, or ion the rare chance it rings- you will get put on hold. I've been on hold for 30 minutes....

First, I would like to apologise for taking so long to submit my comments. We had a problem with our DVR box. We also wanted our wiring checked outside as it looked like something had been chewing on it. Your service technician, Mr. Donald Singh, was the gentleman who came to take care of our issues. He said our outside wiring was a mess. Our wiring was low to the ground under the siding. He replaced the wiring that was chewed. Completely re-did our wiring outside. He moved it up higher out of the reach of any rodents getting to it. He replaced our DVR box and checked our other boxes to make sure they were receiving a good signal. He spent about 3 horurs taking care of us. He even called later that evening to make sure everything was working ok. Mr. Singh went above and beyond anything I ever expected. He was pleasant, knowledgable, and hard working. I have been with Cox since 1983. I have always received good customer service but nothing like the service I received from Mr. Singh. He truly is a concioiousient dedicated employee to Cox and his job. His pride and caring showed in his attitude and excellence of his work. He is an example of customer service that all your technicians should strive to be.

Cox is one of the best companies I've dealt with. All the reps are friendly, especially cable tech support. They have really knowledgeable reps. Sometimes there's a long wait, but being a human being and understanding how the world works, and wait times exist everywhere ( even at the McDonalds down the street from my house. I just want a Big Mac) -it's ok. Business isn't controlled by the reps, it's the people calling in going on and on.
Cox is good. I love Cox. ;)

4 service calls for Internet speed. Upgraded from 25 maps to 50 maps, getting less than 20mps, often 5-10. Tech says its cable, cable does nothing, that I can see. It's been 8days since the "upgrade". As your customer, what would you do?

25minutes on hold, finally talked a few seconds to ask why TBS HD was off the air. Put on hold then disconnected. You had my phone number. Did anyone call back? No. Your customer service and your cable service sucks. We have failthfully paid our bill for 20 years and this is what we get. Your customer service is a disgrace

We were treated like craps by two different people. They didn't speak English. So I am calling tomorrow and cancel our service. My husband wears hearing aids and couldn't understand what they were saying. We have been with cox for 45years.

Called 4 days ago to have telephone & internet changed over to Cox. I was told that service would be Monday between 10:00 -12:00. I called on Monday at 9:35 to confirm appointment. After be put on hold for over 10 minutes, I was told that they didn't have all of the information to port my phone so they weren't coming out to connect. They lied to me and said that they tried to call and get the information. They had my cell phone & home phone numbers. I checked the phone logs, no calls from Cox. I am through with them. I cancelled my contract with them. I have cable TV but am considering Dish or Direct. What lousy business practices.

Cox recorded playback was interrupted at 8:40 PM on 7/23/14. The cable box eventually reset and shut off. After a few minutes, I was able to find the show I had previously recorded and fast forward to the spot I was watching. Looks like Cox service is going downhill! Is it time for satelite TV?

I am very disappointed in your service. I have ha cable tv for 5 days. After 2 days I called to upgrade. Bad move. Your savvy technician shut off my service so I have had nothing for 2 days, don't know whenI will get service. So instead of sending the tech back to fix what was screwed up I am put on a regular waiting list. I will cancel my service with you when I can and I will tell anyone who will listen about your terrible customer service not that it matters to your company. I will never subscribe to cox again

Cox customer services reps are very knowledgable about the products and current campaigns. I dont know why you people think they have some sort of magic wand they wave to make things magically work. They are the ones that have to give you the bad news, so stop taking it out on them, when it is not their fault, also they are pressured into quick call times so its not their fault when you have to wait on hold for 30+ minutes to talk to someone. they are trying their best to get customers off the phone to ghet everyones issues fixed. Yall need to calm down and maybe stopputting so much importance on cable and internet and go out and read a book or something, jeeze.

I've tried for two days to contact blling service .
the last time I waited a half hour and when i got through all I received were taped responses. . before that i had sent a check after getting a letter stating Payment was not received. Imailed another check that's when I called the second time and got the taped message repeated over and aover for 20 minutes before a representatve answered. at least he was courteous and was helpful.. for a service call you leave a lt to be desired.twenty minutes a curteous call reminding me of problems . realy I had to tisten to another taped message .Really is this the service to expect every time someone calls?
