I am very disappointed in your service. I have ha cable tv for 5 days. After 2 days I called to upgrade. Bad move. Your savvy technician shut off my service so I have had nothing for 2 days, don't know whenI will get service. So instead of sending the tech back to fix what was screwed up I am put on a regular waiting list. I will cancel my service with you when I can and I will tell anyone who will listen about your terrible customer service not that it matters to your company. I will never subscribe to cox again
