I live in Rhode Island and have with Cox cable for about 6-8 yrs. From the beginning I have had nothing but aggrevation on top of aggrevation. Your customer service department needs much much more training. I speak to one person and they tell me one things and then speak to another and tell me something totally different. Your billing department sucks, for they do not know how to add. I have been charged for calls I have not made. Also, I have been trying to get contact with Lifeline and when I find 2 persons that can give me the number and he was a supervisor they both gave me the Lifeline number for California Lifeline. then I call back the next day after being n the phone for over a half hour with 2 representatives and tell me they don't have the Rhode Island number for Lifeline. I need to get that myself. Go to Cox .net and look for the department. First of all, I thin k it is a shame that I have to look for the number when you provide the services. Second, they tell you to go to Cox.com but do not tell you what to click on. There is nothing listed for Lifeline services to click on. Need i tell you more, becasue I could tell youmuch more about Cox and it's terrible services for their customers. The only reason I have not stopped services is beacuse Full channel is more money and AI live on SSI.
