Called 4 days ago to have telephone & internet changed over to Cox. I was told that service would be Monday between 10:00 -12:00. I called on Monday at 9:35 to confirm appointment. After be put on hold for over 10 minutes, I was told that they didn't have all of the information to port my phone so they weren't coming out to connect. They lied to me and said that they tried to call and get the information. They had my cell phone & home phone numbers. I checked the phone logs, no calls from Cox. I am through with them. I cancelled my contract with them. I have cable TV but am considering Dish or Direct. What lousy business practices.
