Sony is the worst company that I ever had the misfortune of purchasing a product from and based on the NON SERVICE they offered I would be hard pressed to ever do so again. A brand new in the box item was defective. Instead of returning the unit I made the mistake of opting to send it to Sony for replacement. That was a month ago. After three phone calls and ZERO calls back to me I still have no answers, no product and no faith that it will ever be resolved. If I could I would just return the unit and go buy as Ipod and good riddance to the Walkman. Customer Service does not take calls, technical service has no technical skills and frustration abounds.
