I brought my 2013 KIA Sorrento in because I could not get my rear seat to raise back up after I had put it down. I have put the seat down no more than 10 times since I owned it and now the latch is frozen where I was told it will cost me $1000 to fix it. A latch will cost me $!000 seems to be ridiculous for using the devise less than 10 times. I have purchased cars for less than $1000. How can this not be a recall ? I called to complain and customer service does not return calls or answer. Not what I call professional KIA. Shame on your company. I am actually in the market to buy a new vehicle, good luck !
