Brought my 2012 Kia Sorrento to Kia Freehold for service over the memorial day weekend, took it there because that's where I bought the car brand new, when they called me to pick up the car they were all running around like chickens with no head, somebody stole my car and have not giving me a good explanation of what happened , one thing I do know is the office service dept.informed me the keys to my car were never returned back to the office, the lot has no fence, they have no security, and was told all the security cameras don't work, which I frankly don't believe, future buyers please beware, don't leave your car there overnight
