Can not receive text code, because I no longer have the cell number. I have a new cell number which I cannot attach because I cannot log on to reach settings. Have sent doc's also by mail however nothing has changed. Why is it so difficult to receive a human reaction of help from F/B?!

i got a report from facebook personnel that my account has been entered from a coputer from a third party. i did not know what to do. later i tried to log into the facebook but there came a message telling me that my facebook program was deleted. i went to search on the restore storage of my phone but it was missing there also. can you please restore it for me as i cannot even access the www.facebook.co.za as teh vodacom personnel advised?
