We did not receive our Comic package including the Washington Post Magazine and the advertisement/coupons on Saturday, we called the 1-800 number and was told it will be redelivered within a couple hours. It did not happen. Today, it was not included in the Sunday paper either. We were looking for sales for the Labor Day holiday but was very disappointed.

The delivery on my paper is going from BAD to WORSE...I get part of the paper or nos delivery at all. I get the Post and FreeLance Star delivered together. I'll get one and not the other, then I will miss getting the TV guide which I pay extra for. I continually have to call! All I get is voice mail: "press one" etc. When I've finally gotten to human person, they sound like Pakistanis. Today I GOT NO PAPER AT ALL! I called about 9am...pressed 1 for missing paper and then tried again and finally got to a Pakistani who said I should get my paper later today...STILL NO PAPER!!! Which means I don't have my TV guide either. I'm really getting tired of this!...paper screw ups, having to call. This isn't brain surgery, I WANT MY SATURDAY JUNE 10 PAPER AND TV GUIDE. Presume I won't get anything tomorrow either. ENOUGH!

I pay my bill by electronic payment. I have no problem with other companies that I have accounts with. However, I do have a problem with navagting you website. It tells how to get to my account for bill paying and other services but I am not able to complete the process. I have been told on several occasions that since I forgot my password that have to put my email in and the procedure for getting a new password would be sent to me. I have received nothing in my email account. I do not understand what the problem is, can you shred some light and help me established a clear method of contact.

The Washington Post has been part of my morning routine for over 40 years; I have enjoyed it immensely. However, I had the disappointment of my life when I read the article on the front page of Part B of yesterday's paper, and saw the story about a long ago, private birthday party of President Kennedy. It was disgusting...and by that I mean it was disgusting on the part of the Post to print such a story that threw mud on public individuals misbehaving at a private gathering. Is this how you commemorated President Kennedy's 100th birthday? For what reason? Sensationalism? Oh sure, the participants are gone now but we who honor Kennedy's memory aren't; nor are his friends and relatives. I found your article way beneath the standards that I expect from the Post. Shame on the writers, shame on the editors, shame on the paper.

Dear sir

I play Washington Post Sudoku. After I updated to IOS 10.3.1 on my iPhone and iPad my Sudoku locks up. I took the phone to the Mac store and they told me that your software needs updating. Hope you can fix this. Please contact me if you have questions. Thank you.

My Washington Post today was missing the Metro section, the Style section and the Sports section. It did, however have 2 Weekend sections. Nice work you morons. I knew it was only a matter of time before the ineptitude spread to the rest of the organization. I can see very little reason to continue my subscription. Can you give me any reason at all to do so. I don't really expect a response from an organization as screwed up as yours.

To whom it may concern, we are extremely frustrated with the fact that you switch crossword puzzle providers. We are also frustrated that the associates answering the phone are clueless. Please bring back the previous developer!

I am a native Washingtonian....have read the Post throughout my 72 years and am an avid crossword puzzle person. Your recent decision to publish the LA Times puzzle in the Style section is irksome! So much so I am considering discontinuing my subscription!

I am having trouble solving the new crossword puzzles since WP has changed to the LA Crossword puzzle.
A genius ,I am not,but I used to be more successful.
Please bring back the old!

On Monday, February 27, I tried to subscribe to the Post's digital news service. I entered my American Express information, my address, etc., but when I entered my password, a message appeared that my password was "incorrect". I didn't understand why my password was incorrect. I had never provided a password to the Post for any previous purpose. And your web site did not offer any information on required criteria for submitting a password.

I received an email from the subscription department telling me that I would soon be hearing from them about this problem. But three days have now passed and I have heard nothing. And I would think the Post would welcome a new subscriber to its online services.

Please contact me today as to why I am being rejected as a subscriber. Or do you think I should report this problem to someone at the executive level to look into this.

I don't want to be insulting, but I can't help but wonder if the folks in the subscription department know what they're doing.

Your web page says your customer service phone number hours are until 6 PM weekdays, but the phone recording says 5 PM weekdays. Need to update that..

Please have circulation contact me about intermittent delivery.

I hope Donald Trump gets to do something about all the American companies who are outsourcing their customer service to foreign countries. I'm really tired of trying to deal with the language barriers created because apparently the companies want to save money. A few examples besides the Post that I have dealt with (frustrataingly) are Verizon and Dell. Not only is the language a problem but forget asking for a supervisor when you have an issue that can be resolved with a "black and white" answer. Sometimes customers have "gray" issues that require a bit more than robotic answers.

I called today to say (my subscription is seven days a week) that I received the Wall Street Journal rather the Post. I asked for a credit and expressed my dismay. I'm assuming the credit is being taken care of. At the same time I had another issue and asked for a supervisor since I knew that would be necessary to get the attention it needed. Forget that, after being put on hold for an extended period, I hung up. I then called all the numbers list in the Post having to do with delivery, circulation, etc. and wasn't able to get someone to talk to.

The issue to which I'm referring regards the advertising packet I receive once a week in my Saturday paper. For some time, I have been getting fewer and fewer ads that I had gotten in the past. The supplement is extremely important to my paying for a subscription to the Post and I'm trying to get to someone to request that they investigate why I'm receiving a packet that does not include all area ads. FYI I know I'm not receiving all the ads because a week ago one of the drugstore ads was missing. For that reason I called the Post last week asking them to make sure I would get them in the future. I was told a message would be sent to my carrier. This week I got the packet with both CVS and Riteaid ads missing. I also haven't been getting Walgreens as I had in the past. It was in talking to a friend of mine who lives two blocks from me (in the same zip code)and who doesn't even subscribe to the Post that I discovered a problem. She showed me the packet delivered to her door every week in the same sealed plastic covering that mine comes in and lo and behold her contained all the ads I've been missing as well as other ad I expect maybe I should be getting and haven't been. To me it is not the delivery person who would be the one concerned (yet that's who the customer service person insisted would be advised). I tried to make it clear that i didn't feel it was a delivery issue but that it appeared to me the person concerned would be the person or persons at the Post who oversee the advertising that is included in the weekly packets, i.e., who deals with the folks at the source (who prepare the packets). Unfortunately, my attempts to get my point across was a fruitless.

Hopefully, my comments will get to someone at the Post who can address the issue so I begin to feel more confident that I'm getting all of the advertising I should. It's one of the reasons I subscribe to the Post (and also for the Wednesday food ads). This has been a most frustrating experience for me. I don't feel it should be that difficult to have people working in customer service who can handle "gray" issues instead of just performing as robots in dealing with customer concerns (and also who aren't able to communicate properly with the Post's customers because of language).

Thank you for taking time to read my comments.

Once again we did not receive delivery of our paper. This is an ongoing problem and the customer service response is weak at best.

I thought newspapers are supposed to print facts - not disguise their own views as factual reporting. I am tired of seeing the anti Trump articles day after day, while wikileaks, lying under oath, obstruction of justice, instigating violence at Trump rallies, and plots to undermine the presidential election by the Clinton camp go unreported. While real threats to our democratic system are ignored, the Washington Post instead publishes puff pieces and propaganda to distract the public from the real issues at hand and to further its own agenda. Shame on you for posing as unbiased journalism.

I will be a new subscriber to the Post starting tomorrow, October 18, 2016. I called the Washington Post twice for subscription information on seven day a week home delivery costs. Both calls were outsourced to the Philippines. On the first call I was told as a new subscriber the cost would be $$60.20 every two months if I used automatic billing to my credit card every two months. Or $80 every two months if I did not provide a credit card for automatic billing. As a new subscriber in Northern VA, that seemed high to me. I asked if there were any special promotions for new subscribers. The call taker said no. Then I called the same number again ten minutes later and talked to a different call taker. She offered me a Washington Post new subscriber rate of $94 for the entire year plus a $4 processing cost--total $98 for the year or 52 weeks. Guess which dealI signed up for? Moral: As in dealing with airline agents on the phone, if one doesn't give you what you want--put down the phone and call another.

I have been a Washington Post customer for over 40 years and find it to be one of the best papers nationwide. However, my Washington Post subscription has just been raised from $64.02 to $74.20 (every 8 weeks). That is almost a 16% increase in the price of the paper. I find it ironic that Amazon and Jeff Bezos just bought the Washington Post and then they decide to substantially increase the subscription price. I spent almost an hour trying to reach someone at the paper to find out why the increase and to I them if a acceptable solution can't be reached I was cancelling my subscription after more than 40 years.

How much is the left paying you to write the smear articles that you do? I have never seen an media outlet be as biased as this newspaper until this current election cycle. Way to do all the thinking for your mindless readers. In case you are wondering, I am not on the right by any means. I just believe in unbiased and fair news. Mainstream media is all to the left aside from what, Fox News? How is anyone supposed to truly get an idea of what the candidates views are when all you do is beat your chest and say "Hillary good (more like god,) Donald bad. Try writing an article or op-Ed piece that shares both candidates views on things without any bias. Then let people make up their own minds. In fact most of the time on the streets of a person is presented a more conservative viewpoint, but told that it is the view of a liberal candidate, the person is all for it. So it shows how mindless most are when it comes to voting. And you, the WP know that and cash in on it when writing your articles to unfairly balance the scales in one candidates favor.

I've tried multiple times in the last week, at different hours, to reach the Washington, DC accounting office of the Washington Post newspaper, and, if I reach any live person, he/she is in the Philippines. This is a billing problem that has to be corrected at the source: billing for multiple accounts for which I don't subscribe; attempted corrections that resulted in new accounts being opened; no delivery on an account I give someone as a gift, although I get bills for that, too; and, NO LIVE PERSON AT THE WASHINGTON OFFICE, NOT EVEN A CHAT ROOM, AND NOBODY CALLS BACK.

I am having much problem with on time delivery this summer. The paper is never here at 6:00 and I have had to call frequently about receiving it. Yesterday, I had requested resumption of my paper after being gone during the weekend. That did not happen. If I don't receive the Post by 6:00 or shortly after, I have little chance to read it.

I have "ordered" the WP to deliverred to my home via two different phone calls within the past month BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. I have spoken with a human twice about getting delivery and have given all pertinent info. How do I go about making this happen? My neighbors get delivery. I want it delivered M - Su.

I really do not agree with your articles on Mr. Donald J. Trump. You are very biased and you are a tremendous liberal newspaper. You must not spin things but you must tell the truth as the people out here are no longer stupid.

Mr. Trump will be the next President of the United States. Most of us do not believe the polls now being released. You should read the last three books written on Mrs Clinton, including "Unlikeable" which I just purchased and then have your reporters put her under some serious scrutiny.

Women love Mr. Trump, so do many hispanics and African Americans. So be careful he does not win by a landslide.....
