There is a problem with both your contact(800 and 202) at least when calling from outside theUS. Once the menu is read and I choose an option and the recording says"next available agent", the line cuts. It happened five times in a row in five minutes just now. And I paid for all those calls!

Beware Washington Post does not seek approval for autorenewal upcharges. I subscribed at $150 annually, which was increased to $159 without notice or approval, and then to $180, despite the advertised current price being $170. I suggest turning off autorenewal and starting a new subscription at the introductory rate. Two can play this game.

I tried this morning to start a vacation hold on your voice prompting system. Over the last few years a you have tried to "improve" it, instead it has gotten worse. Both my wife and I each tried and could not do it. Our current plan is to simply cancel our print subscription I so we don't have to go through this again. It is said when technology takes us backward.

You are going to have to start paying me if I can't get better service on weekends. Again today no paper I called and was told it would be delivered . I came home and no paper. This happens repeatedly and the lady says dvd will fix . Well nothing happens . And when I call your automated service it breaks up or gets the number wrong !! I know the Post is hurting but how about delivering the paper to people who pay and have a credible customer service department. If you don't want to deliver fine , then don't take my money!!! Also it's nuts in today's time there is no way of reaching anyone on weekend afternoons. Voice mails still existing!!! I'm really frustrated as he happens repeatedly and I am now losing money and tomorrow If I get the paper, the insert will not be there . I live in a 4 building complex and imagine I'm no alone ! How about some concern for your readers !! I want my paper and to be reimbursed for all the papers I was promised to receive and never did!!

HEADLINE -- WASHINGTON POST EXPRESS MANAGEMENT SCREWS OVER THE NICE GUYS WHO HAND IT OUT AT THE METRO BIG TIME. I just found out not only is the Express being discontinued but your management team gave the workers on the street that we meet EVERY MORNING 24 hours notice. You had an excellent product, and outstanding public relations with the friendly fellows at the metro, smiles at the ready and papers in their hands to share. I WISH I COULD TELL YOU TO YOUR FACES HOW SHAMEFUL YOUR APPROACH TO THIS HAS BEEN

I have been a digital subscriber for over a year now through Amazon. Can no longer read content that I pay for, so I cancelled. News Papers cry about the loss of subscriptions. When you have a bad product people will not continue to buy the bad customer service and bad product.

You are a good example of why the daily papers in this country will cease to exist. Bye, bye Washington Post.

I have been a post reader for at least 40 years. Moved to Roanoke Virginia and the paper is only available on Sundays. So I moved my subscription to digital and I have become weary of reading the same articles day after day. How does this happen?

I am trying to research a comment that Tom Mc Clintock made in August 23,2018 Mariposa Gazette concerning the Washington Post.

In the article he said the Washington Post rated him as "one of the most independent members of Congress".

Where can I verify this?

Also, where can I find the percentage where McClintock voted with his party as ranked by the Post?

Thank you,

Sharon Moore

I get the Sunday Washington Post. None came August 19th. I called early this morning and was advised by the automated message that it would be delivered later. It is now almost 12:30 and still no paper. My latest call tells me that the automated system is down for maintenance. My account phone number is 410 356-7155.

What can be done about delivery! This is not the first time that no paper was delivered. Also getting digital use of the the post is not the answer that I seek. I want today's paper delivered. If I can't get regular delivery I will consider canceling my newspaper delivery.

I get a Sunday only paper. I'm supposed to get half of it on Saturday--including the travel and magazine sections. I do not get this two or three times a month. I've complained at least three times. Didn't get it today. Please delivery the entire paper tomorrow (Sunday).

How arrogant and self-serving to fob customer complaints off on hired help in the Philippines with less than strong skills in the
English language. I called early afternoon for information about why my digital subscription started 4/7/2018 was giving me a non-access screen to articles with a statement that if I wanted to read articles I would have to subscribe. I logged in and decided that maybe I needed to change my password. Then, I called the 800 number provided under HELP. Of course, my call, after a recording to punch number 6 for digital, was answered first by a male, whose English speaking skills were so non-unstandable, that he offered to transfer me and the line went dead. I called back and got a woman whose English speaking skills were even less understandable than the previous male staffer. After telling her that I could not understand what she was saying, she simply hung up. This is extremely careless and unconscionable service to readers. Since I've paid for digitable service through 4/7/2019 I can expect nuisance service. Shameful!

I want to contact the editor of Book World. How do I do that? I am a mail subscriber, which costs a lot of money. I logged into the Post website and there is no way to contact Book World or anyone else. Called the 800 number and got nowhere. The person who answered the phone knew nothing, did not speak up, did not speak into the phone,; it was almost impossible to hear the person. Most unsatisfactory.
How do I contact Book World?

I have 2 accounts with The Post with same address; pay by check; last payment posted to wrong account. Was on phone for an hour with representative; kept asking for manager. Couldn't hold any longer. This is 2nd time it has been a mishap with both papers. HELP!!!

I am an e-edition subscriber.
Since the beginning of the year, not only do I have to deal with copious advertising but also, I have to sign in numerous times while reading the same article and I can't get back to the WaPo cover page. It is now most annoying and unless I can fix this problem, I wish to cancel my subscription.

Just canceled our Post. Replaced it with the Wall Street Journal. My last Post today affirmed my decision. First line in Robert McCartney's Metro article, "Urban experts and Irish oddsmakers..." exemplies the Post's archaic and biased view of the world.

Unable to contact WAPO for help with inability to comment.
I am a subscriber and have to constantly sign in only to be returned to the
same page which is of no help.
I click on comments and get a blank page.
In the last few minutes I have had to sign in 4 times and still get nowhere.

I subscribe to The NY Times, The English Guardian, and several other digital news sites. The fine reporting by Robert Costa and other Washington Post reporters on his weekly PBS program convinced me that I should also subscribe to The Post.

However, my attempts to check out your edition today online was difficult because of your paper's own WP ad was placed at the screen bottom, disallowing the directional return button to a prior page. That is not an effective way to gain new readers.

I have been receiving the Post on line for some time, but my wife hoes not receive it on her computer. How do we fix this?

After trying to get some help from Washington Post Customer Service for FOUR days, I'm wondering how this 'service' even got ONE star. It's shocking that a newspaper of this stature has such inept customer service. I subscribed to a digital subscription, for which I am paying. However, I can't access Washington Post content. I have called WaPo customer service, (always in the Philippines with someone who doesn't speak understandable English, only to be disconnected, 'transferred' to someone who never answers the transfer, or put on hold so long I finally hang up. This is a big waste of my time. Why is Customer Service at WaPo so incompetent?

I subscribed to the Washington Post two days ago. As of yet, even though my subscription has been 'located' according to the WP customer service link, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS ANY WAPO ARTICLES!

Instead, I get this EXTREMELY annoying Captcha thing that says to check all pictures with cars in them, then check all pictures with store fronts in them, and takes up my time without delivering ANYTHING. Something like the Washington Post is doing to me.

What is wrong with WAPO's digital Customer Service Department?

I have written twice and have had no resolution to my problem. Digital problem. I get the Washington Post thru my e-mail. I like to often make comments to the articles. But with your new digital service, I cannot log in to make comments. I pay to get the WP---I expect for it to work right. The old way of replying and making a comment works just fine.

Add review? I find I get no help when th4e WP is not working correctly for me.

For many years I have had home delivery of the Post at 11506 Highview Ave, 20902, and, for the most part, I have been very satisfied with delivery reliability and have generously tipped the carrier. For the past month or so, however, papers have been undelivered at least 3 times. After personally talking with the local distribution office (which confirmed that there was not a new delivery person), I started to have two papers thrown over my fence! Now today (9/17) no paper again --What's going on? very frustrating!

I did not receive my home deliver this morning:
