I did not know how crazy was to buy through Trivago. This is not a company or agency that sells directly, Trivago uses many sellers. In other words, it is so confusing because sometimes you don't even know who do you used. In my case, after I paid, the booking came with different reservation date and only one room for a hotel. I requested something and came out something else.

I have been watching your ads on TV. it concerns me that the gentleman in the commercial jumps on beds with his shoes on and also has his shoes on when laying on the bed. i think this contradicts what image you are trying to project. this is from and old school senior who wont have let her kids do this let alone in a hotel. i am sure this will go nowhere but it bugs me to see this.

On March 19 I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego Gaslamp area. Kennedy was my go to person. She was amazing
The hotel is very lucky to have her as part of their crew. She is truly an asset. Thank you Kennedy for the wine a chocolate straw berries. Hope to see you again

all care and no responsibility. I booked through Trivago got directed to what now turns out is a dodgy 3rd party booking company and been booked at the wrong establishment. To make matters worse I checked hotel directly and I have not been booked in. Went to Trivago Facebook page seeking help only to be ignored - no response. Disgusting behaviour by Trivago. Claim to care but no responsibility when things go wrong!!! Shameful. Your advertisments are so far detached from the reality of how your organisation actually operates!!

I whole heartily agree that your commercials are the absolute worst on tv. Whenever they come on I change the channel. The commercials and acting are childish and immature. Get rid of the (actor???). Get rid of your ad campaign company. Will never use Trivago because of boring ads.

The photo you show for Days Inn in Sturbridge, Ma is not the Days Inn. The picture is of the hotel that was destroyed by a hurricane several years ago.

Hotel Copacabana in Jaco looked to be a nice place. It is not apparent at first that this is a clothes optional' place. Please make this
more noticeable in the description. There are some people who would be very unhappy to check into this place not knowing about
the nudity!

I booked an online room for Las Vegas on Saturday December 4th and I am still waiting for a confirmation number for my hotel room. I have been getting the runaround for a week. The person that I talk to each time keep saying that they will call me back in two hours and they don't. Every time I call harrah's in Las Vegas they still don't have my reservation. I have been charged $990.03 on my charge card. I'm very disappointed with your service.

Watch out for Trivago, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEIR PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED, Also watch out for their parent company BOOKING.COM. Hidden fees, false advertising, cancelation policy, etc. Don't even try to get your money back. Best suggestion Report them to your local law enforcement and if possible to FTC. These companies need a class action LAW SUITE.
My suggestion Have AAA MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS.

Still waiting for a reply- Stamford Plaza in Brisbane advertised for sat 9th Dec for $164 down from $530!!! Hotel won�¢ï¿½ï¿½t honour the deal and Trivago seem impossible to contact or get reply I need to book ASAP.

I made a reservation through Trivago for a room at Nations Inn in West Jefferson, NC for Veterans Day. I received a confirmation number when I booked. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk said my reservation was not in the system and they had no rooms available. She stated the same person owned/managed the Days Inn down the street. She called the manager, and he would not honor the price I got through Trivago on Booking.com. They tried to jack up the rates. I refused and told them what a poor business practice they had trying to take advantage of a veteran on Veterans Day! The desk clerk stopped me on the way out of the parking lot and said the manager would give me a lower rate, but it was still more than quoted on Trivago. DO NOT STAY AT NATIONS INN OR DAYS INN IN WEST JEFFERSON, NC! I also hope Trivago and Booking.com remove these businesses from their listing because it makes them look bad as well.

I am so pissed off with the jerk you people have doing your commercials that I change the channel promptly and refuse to watch this jerk for one second. I will be getting in touch with the TV networks who air this commercial and let them know my take on it as far as not watching their programs when this is being broadcast. I know after talking to many people this is not only my opinion of this. Many many people feel the same can't stand the creep that does the commercial.

Please find someone else to do the commercials. I'm REALLY sick of the guy.....I wouldn't use Trivago just b/c of him.
