This is the second worst room I ended up in using priceline. When the front desk informed us that the room was a smoking room we didn't complain (how bad could it be). What they failed to mention was the whole floor was a smoking area. As soon as the elevator doors open it smelled like a cheap cigar bar. While I know it is a discount service it shouldn't mean cheap and ratty, especially for a 3 star hotel. There were bugs, Beatles, spiders, and a smaller black type I don't want to know what they are and the room was dirty and the carpet was sticky. This room was definitely not worth the $181 we paid for two nights and since using this service we weren't able to get a refund we were stuck. I will not ever use this service again. Shame on priceline for bad service, shame on this hotel for misrepresenting its stars, and shame on me for falling for it again. Good customer and quality service is obviously not a priority for either Priceline or Holiday Inn

I am completely disgusted with Priceline and hope that others will avoid any use of their site. My wife and I have been planning a very badly needed vacation and were looking at possibly renting a car for a road trip. The process was very confusing and designed to suck you in with possible low prices and then hook you with a higher price. Shortly after inadvertently confirming a rental I called and ask to cancel the transaction. The money was very quickly removed from my account and they refused to return my money. It is obviously possible to cancel reservations because there is a clause about cancelled airline flights and return money in that event. Their system is clearly designed to be confusing and once they get their hand into your bank account and are in possession of your money, they don't give it back. I could understand if it had been several days since the transaction took place but this was minutes.

Dear Priceline
I have been trying to reach Customer Service for the last hour. Each time I dialed the number (multiple numbers) I receive the same recording, which hangs up on me when I press in the information. We as a large family, and travel a lot. I will NEVER, NEVER use Priceline again.

I am so disappointrd. I have happily used priceline in the past with no problem. Today, I put in my credit card # and was assigned at the price of 114 without bidding! Brandon, who was not understanding or helpful, told me I typed in the # but I DID not! That screen never csme up. Nor did I initial the box like I usually did; however, Brandon said my initials were there. My trip # is 300 981 012 57. I was cheated of a chance to bid. I always bid 65 or70. I can't believe priceline would not help me worh this, and I will never use them again or recommend them lisa diaz .
