tried to reach telus on wednesday night to add a US package, couldnt get an agent for almost 2 hours, trying again tonight from ny state, again being put on hold.

We changed our internet, TV and phone service from Shaw to Telus August 2013.
We have had problems with TV and phone line and to get repair service is almost impossible. First, if you are lucky, it takes for ever to talk to some Telus rep and to get some one to repair the problem is a another story. We have had our phone line out for days and who knows how log it stays out.... I think when one year contract is up we go back to Shaw and we stay there.

I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW BAD YOUR SERVICE HAS BECOME!!! I called several times and it disconnected me. Even the recording was breaking up. Not only can I not access my dvr my mobile connection is bad! It wouldn't let me end my calls, it wouldn't let me access my voicemails...what's going on?

Here's a good one. I moved & wanted to change service. 1st they told me the area I was moving to, a 40 year old neighbourhood 10 k down the road didn't have their service. I decided to switch service and then cancell their service. The change was taking place the last day of the month. They tried to bill me an extra month's service. Then the agent backed down and said I didn't owe them anything. Now, almost a year later, they are trying to track me down for billing me for service after the move date. I came to this site looking for how to get the recordings of calls they say they make of phone calls about service to prove I don't owe them, but you can bet that I won't be able to find that.

I have just returned from four years linving in Thailand. I purchased a Telus Prepaid card for a cell phone, and tried to activate it on my cell phone by entering #123 as described on the card. A message came on saying to contact Customer Service using a land line. So, I contacted the above number using a land line and got the same message to "contact Customer Service using a land line". I have been away for four years, but all of the service difficulties that I had with Telus, previous to leaving Canada,came flooding back to me. They really don't seem to be able to manage anything. I truly feel that they are the worst run company that I have had the displeasure of dealing with in my 40 something years as an adult.

Absolutely unacceptable! It is clear that Telus does not care about it's client.

When a company is this out of touch of what it's client's needs are.

I just called today, April 6th at 1:30pm MST and they just informed me that the system has been down since midnight and will not be back up and running till Monday.

Keep up the great job Telus.

I have been trying since April to obtain a White Pages directory. Irequested one by phone and on-line in April but never received one. Follow up calls to Telus, telus Mobility and Yellow Pages Group have been of no use. I have offered to pick one up anywhere in Edmonton, and advsied this cannot be done. How can i get one?

i am fed up phoning every day to get the internet up and running. a new modium should fix the problem.they can not fix from the other end becuse it does not work.just send a new modium......you are not living up to our aggrement.....shaw or rogers i am sure will give us better service than you have been giving us.

I try to get my bill corrected for four months, now everytime I ask foe supervisor they hang up. They goofed up and appear not to be intelegent enough to fix their own mistakess

The worst service I have ever seen. 13hours to get an answer, Not even a solution. Your agents are extremly incompetent. I have to pay full price for services which I cannot use, then spend 13 hours trying to solve the problem. Who pays for my time when telus admits it is their problem. You are a bunch of criminals!!
