I have just returned from four years linving in Thailand. I purchased a Telus Prepaid card for a cell phone, and tried to activate it on my cell phone by entering #123 as described on the card. A message came on saying to contact Customer Service using a land line. So, I contacted the above number using a land line and got the same message to "contact Customer Service using a land line". I have been away for four years, but all of the service difficulties that I had with Telus, previous to leaving Canada,came flooding back to me. They really don't seem to be able to manage anything. I truly feel that they are the worst run company that I have had the displeasure of dealing with in my 40 something years as an adult.
