We changed our internet, TV and phone service from Shaw to Telus August 2013.
We have had problems with TV and phone line and to get repair service is almost impossible. First, if you are lucky, it takes for ever to talk to some Telus rep and to get some one to repair the problem is a another story. We have had our phone line out for days and who knows how log it stays out.... I think when one year contract is up we go back to Shaw and we stay there.
