I return two routers that I could not use with receipts and all parts in box. They credited me for the full amount on 11/06/18. They post 2 to 14 days to show on your credit card or bank. It is now 11/23 . Today is the 14 work day. No credit present.

Please provide small shopping carts for us who find it difficult maneuvering large carts through the aisles. I shop at the Burke VA store.

Why did I receive a cardboard cars after paying cash for the product I bought then getting home probably not working returned it I got cardboard that's not it Matt Slater went to target.com place my order after so many tries I want to use my cardboard and it tells me I cannot use it only in store at this time what was the lady behind the desk for

What a stupid stupid rule. You cannot receive cartwheel coupons because your phone is a Canadian # even tho you are residing in the US.
Why can't the app be available to everyone who shops there . Discrimination I think

I ordered a basketball goal which I received earlier today but has no hardware for me to put it together.. I noticed that one corner of the Box had a bunch of tape wrapped around it so not sure if it was a return that someone took the hardware out or what but I need the hardware asap!!.. and I didn't receive a receipt with the package or a confirmation to my email!!

I've been a Target customer ever since you built your store in Farmington, New Mexico. Today (8/7) I purchased a Bose Solo 5 soundbar. I wrote a check for the full amount (270$). Cashier ran check through, but said she could not accept my check. She told me that it was because I had never written a check that large in their store. I asked if the machine said I didn't have enough balance (my balance was $30000+).She said that wasn,t the problem.I was asked to call 800 number. This person didn't Advise me of his affiliation. He started asking for routing and account numbers of my account. I refused to divulge the requested information. I hung up and put purchase on my credit card.

My question is "If You know that I have balance to cover my check, WHAT BUSINESS IS IT OF ANYBODY'S WHAT MY ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBERS ARE!!! I would really like an explanation for this. If I don't have a response from you by Wed.,9 Aug. I will be contacting New Mexico Attorney General, as this stinks of some sort of ID theft set-up!

I Have Found It Quite Apalling To Use A Restroom At Target At Columbia Heights In Washington Dc. Target Is Beyond Pathetic. One Day I Went In To Use The Restroom It Was So Filthy I Wanted To Literally Throw Up. And Chose To Just Forgo Using That Filthy Place Altogether Which Is A Reflection Of What Target Thinks Of Its Customers. Hats If To Walmart For Having Respect For Their Valued Customers!

Dear Customer Service,
We believe your store may have been hacked again. My son has a debit card from our bank and I have a Master Card with Capital One. Both of us had fraudulent charges on our account on the same day. When we looked back at our credit history, and online purchases, the only store in common was Target. He used his card there in Dec. of 2016 and I used mine there in April of 2017. We both used our cards at the Honolulu Target store n Lawehana Street. We discovered the fraudulent charges today 4/10/17.

Just thought you should know as you might have been hacked again.

I tried to place an online order and have different items shipped to different addresses. I called for help on how to do that. I got a lady who spoke in a very quiet voice with a lot of static. I asked her to speak up and she really didn't. I asked her where she was located and she told me the middle east. Not only was she hard to hear, she had an accent, which made it more difficult to communicate. After a few repeated questions, I think I got put on hold for what seemed like eternity. Luckily, I had the common sense to hang up. Why can't Target employ people in the US? Why must it be so difficult to get answers on a simple task? Free shipping is great, but this time of year, everyone sends packages all over the US. My question is not that unusual.

I called the NLR AR store at 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. The phone rang until is disconnected me. I called back about 20 minutes later, the phone rang until is disconnected me. I called a third time and the phone rang approximately 25 times and a person, who was laughing when she answered, asked me what I needed. I told her I had not received an email stating that my online order em was ready for pickup. She said, just a minute and I will check. Now, I had not even given her my name or order information. She placed me on hold and never came back. I held the line for approximately 15 minutes then hung up. This is absolutely unacceptable for a conglomerate such as Target to have such poor customer service. Shame on you Target. I will not shop there again.

My name is Portia Waller, & I am a frequent consumer of Target. On 10/14/16, I was shopping in your Sterling West store # 2272. My granddaughter wanted a Dory stuff fish, and there were only 2 left. The stuff items where made available for children to grab, play, drop on the floor etc. The two that were left, were noticeably dirty!! But my granddaughter, age 2 was crying for it, so, I decided to purchase it, and take it home to wash!!!!. I requested to speak with a manager, name Becky,to request a discount because of it's condition. She dismissive, rude, unprofessional, no customer service qualities. I appreciate your feedback and follow up on this matter. As long as I've been as customer, consumer of Target, I never experience this mentality. Thank you, Portia Waller Cell

I have been trying to talk to a live person for the last hour. No matter what I called, I got the same information. I need to TALK to someone about my automatic payments. I have alway paid 64.32 and all of a sudden I get a bill for 128.64. If it comes out automatically how can it be a different amount?

I'm very disappointed in this store and the costumer service..I returned the item,get a in store gift card and wanted to use it today 09/25/16,in the store,..they said it's $0 balance.and to call costumer service.I called them,talked even with supervisor and they said that they can't help me with that because I already used my store gift card...I told her that if I used it why I would come to buy something for that card..
I didn't even scratch the number on the back of the card,lady on costumer service did,to check some numbers(and they have that on the camera's)and told me to call the #on the card because she can't help me.
So my money vanished,like I gave them for free,just throwed it away..
I'm so so mad and disappointed...

I had very bad experience with this store and I don't wanna buy anything anymore over there..I'm gonna even tell my friends what kind of store target is...

I would like to inquire about paying off a credit card bill! there is no option to talk to a customer service rep about that. Is this an option for early pay off at a discounted rate????????

Yesterday Aug.23,2016 I was at your Target store in Howell NJ, I saw a Vizio sound bar in a shelf with a price attach showing $99.99. Today I went back to that same store to buy the item. when I was checking out, the price came up as $159+ so I told the cashier that the sign says other wise! they called the electronics dept. to confirm the price, they said it was for the item above. I took a photo of the display as it clearly shows that the Vizio was the one on sale. Then when I looked closely, it was for the Sony and if you don't bring your magnifying glass to read the fine print you would be fooled. So I did not buy the item and left the store very mad and disappointed. The woman in the electronic dept. was not even apologetic but instead told me that a customer must have stock the items there. There were 3 other units in that same place, don't tell me a customer put them there just for the heck of it. Also that woman who told me that she was in charge of the elec.dept. did not do her job cuz that price tag was there the other day meaning she did not even care to correct it. I hope that this is not one of your tactics to make a sale cuz I will tell my friends to bring their magnifying glass to read the fine print next time they shop at Target. I placed my first order with Target last week for three bags of cat food 16-pound size. They delivered to 16 pound bags and 1 10 pound bag. So far I have made three calls to customer service I have been told that they are shipping replacement bag in the correct size and I should keep the incorrect size bag. However I keep getting emails saying they want one of the 16 pound size bags returned before they will ship a replacement bag and when I called them they told me to ignore that. The expedited shipping is now saying it will be delivered sometime in October which is 2 months away. If it's not here by next week sometime I'm going to cancel my entire order and make arrangements to send all 3 bags back to Target and get a full refund for the money I spent. I regret having tried to order from Target to begin with to be honest.

We were pleasantly surprised when we took our Nieces to Target on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena and had lunch prior to shopping. Excellent choice of good and healthy food for them, at a reasonable price. Starbucks for me was an added pleasure.
