I tried to place an online order and have different items shipped to different addresses. I called for help on how to do that. I got a lady who spoke in a very quiet voice with a lot of static. I asked her to speak up and she really didn't. I asked her where she was located and she told me the middle east. Not only was she hard to hear, she had an accent, which made it more difficult to communicate. After a few repeated questions, I think I got put on hold for what seemed like eternity. Luckily, I had the common sense to hang up. Why can't Target employ people in the US? Why must it be so difficult to get answers on a simple task? Free shipping is great, but this time of year, everyone sends packages all over the US. My question is not that unusual.
