I called the NLR AR store at 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. The phone rang until is disconnected me. I called back about 20 minutes later, the phone rang until is disconnected me. I called a third time and the phone rang approximately 25 times and a person, who was laughing when she answered, asked me what I needed. I told her I had not received an email stating that my online order em was ready for pickup. She said, just a minute and I will check. Now, I had not even given her my name or order information. She placed me on hold and never came back. I held the line for approximately 15 minutes then hung up. This is absolutely unacceptable for a conglomerate such as Target to have such poor customer service. Shame on you Target. I will not shop there again.
