i have wasted my whole evening because your page is frozen and if I leave I lose all the pictures I spent the whole night uploading. If I stay, I cannot get back to the option to add them to my project.

The last time I worked with you you sent me a book with some other kid's birthday pictures and I never even received my own project. I thought I would try again, bad idea!

Don't order the playing cards if you hope to use them. Each card is close to 1/16 of an inch thick. No one could shuffle them properly let alone hold them easily in your hand. I am bitterly disappointed.

Hi weeks ago there was a promo of free mugs or magnet I choose the mug that I never received. I have tried to call on Saturday to speak with an representatives after your opening hours and never any answer. Can I receive some feed back plz I'm a loyal customer to shutter fly. Thank you

For the most part I'm satisfied with the service I have received from Shutterfly. I like the photos I have ordered and other products that I have created with my photos. I just ordered a calendar and it's exactly what I wanted.
The only gripes I have about Shutterfly is that they give out invalid tracking numbes. They ship items through UPS Innovations which is a service that is provided by UPS and the United States Postal Service. I don't know why they do this. These numbers are never updated, and when the item arrives, it has a differnet tracking number on the package.
I contacted Shutterfly about this problem, and they responded by giving me $7.99 off my purchase. That's fine, but when I ordered more products, I got more invalid tracking numbers.
The other problem with Shutterfly is that their app sucks. It doesn't open when you click on it. When you are able to open it, it takes forever to upload pictures. It's better just to use the website.

On 10-13-2015 I called to get help on my book. I spoke with Trish in So. Carolina. Trish was one of the most knowledgeable & helpful techs I've spoken with. She had unlimited patience with my lack of knowledge & worked me through the loading problems I was having. Please reward her as she was a gem!

I have ordered several times from Shutterfly, and have always been satisfied, but recently I received my new 8x8 book, and am NOT satisfied.....several of the pictures are cut off, and show no head at all.....I called, and they gave me creidit to order a new one, but as usual, I'm not very good at compiling the pictures, and feel I need help.....Jena

I have been a shutterfly customer for 3 years & have done many books, for myself, friends & my church. I can not say enought about them...have been more than satisfied! I would rate them a 10... on everything!!!

Terrible Customer Service Waiting Time Is Ridiculous

Immediately after placing my orders I wished I had ordered more. There is no way to go back in and add more photos to a previous and very new order. That is a down fall for Shutterfly. Their online chat never seems to be available. When I called I was on hold for 50 min before talking to a representative. You would think a company this big and popular would bring their customer service up to par with their amount of business. Make sure you place your order correctly because there really is no getting ahold of customer service.

I tried to change my picture files to jpg but they are not uploading from iphoto. Some of them were grey and jpg but changed them and still having issues.

I want to send kudos to Darrius from the Carolinas. I had wonderful help from him around noon EST today, Dec. 2, 2014. He was a terrific listener/ patient, truly knowledgeable, very easy to work with and a fine gentle man! I am a senior and he was very patient and help immensely

I asked to tell his supervisor but he had to say to go through this process. I sincerely know I really appreciate his helping me! I am so thrilled that Shutterfly has an excellent staff.

I truly hope I have reached the department that all will celebrate Darrius was working today and I had a great conversation. So glad he helped me!

I've been waiting over an hour and half for a callback they said would "only" be 45 minutes, then when I try to "callback" suggested by others, can't get a way to put my call back number in. SO FRUSTRATING Hire more people if you can't answer your phones and give help. (They didn't give me my free 50 cards being a first customer!!)

I want to say what a pleasant first experience I had when I called today. I worked with Sharetta Martin, her supervisor is Toya Tverdun. Sharetta was patient, friendly, helpful and did not make me feel like I was dumb. She walked me through the process explaining as she went. We talked about weather and family as my order processed.
Excellent customer service. I give my experience a 10 out of 10. Thank-you

I paid for 2 day shipping and Shutterfly's website said it left 7/17....as of 7/20, order is not here the the FedEx tracking link says I won't get it until Mon 7/22. I called asking for a refund of my shipping and all I got from customer service was an online pdf with instructions for me to send back my order, at my cost, for a refund (minus the extra shipping I paid for) of the order only. The guy on the phone was nice but kept giving me the run around. Have been a Shutterfly customer for over 10 yrs, I was very surprised at this. I sent an e-mail with a screen shot of my order that included the dates, we'll see what they do about it.

I was finishing an album for a wedding and today i was going to send it for printing but the web is not working!! I hope 'making some changes' do not mean that I have lost my work, and I wont be able to print the album before the wedding. Any alternative?

i order Oct 9 and it is Nov 21 and i still have not recieve the Photo Christmas card i have ordered.. and they have said they sent another order and i have not received either.. very unhappy
