I bought Artesano buns yesterday in anticipating a good hamburger or breaded tenderloin. I have groceries delivered from HyVee; however, the staleness of the buns is not the fault of the store. The date to seek by is 4/4/23. They are dry on top and drier inside; edible still but not fresh. The buns I got in the last order was the same. I put that down to a fluke,but now will probably not buy them. That line has always been so good. What has happened?
HyVee refunded my money, but as I told them, it is definitely not the fault of the store or the delivery person. It is the fault of the factory and so disappointing.

I think your pie certainly Dutch Apple pie is horrible I found one little tiny piece of Apple in the horn tire pie the pie is a 2 pound 2 oz pie $7 at Cosmo awesome I think your company is horrible and I make sure that I'm gonna spread this all over the Internet about your rip off

I bought a Sara Lee french strawberry cheesecake from Walmart in Luray Virginia and it was a hair in it. I was very disappointed because i love that cheesecake. Plz ask them to wear hairnets so this doesn't happen again. I had to throw my entire cheesecake away.

I bought a Sara Lee Raspberry pie with red ripe raspberries it fell apart on my baking pan it was so dry that everybody complained I don't think I'll never buy another one of these from Sara Lee

I am a huge fan of the Sara Lee pound cake and have been buying it for years. I have been having a difficult buying it for the last couple of years as the grocery stores where I live, Kingston, Ontario, are no longer carrying it. I found it available at a small country grocery store and have been going there to purchase. Last week when I went I was told that it had been discontinued there as well! What is happening with this incredibly delicious product? Can you tell me if there are any locations in Kingston, Ontario where I can buy it...

I purchased a sara Lee pound cake at f.lion and it was so bad and so dry I wasn't able to even eat 1 piece. F.lion in amherst Virginia is still selling them. On sale. Bad. Not etible. I want to complain about this and I want to be paid back. Or replace the product. They routinely sell recalled and bad food. Consumers complain

I recently purchased a frozen Sara Lee Coconut Creme Pie to accommodate some visitors. I was so embarrassed by the quality and tastelessness of this product and most plates were left with half the serving when returned to kitchen. I would be hesitant to purchase any other products and was asked who maker or distributor was. I believe that you would want to know this because this is not what I believe your company believes they are putting out to customers...Quality Control' needs to check pale unbaked looking crust' and bland pie recipe...very much below par.

Well I have some time so will advise you change you calling SARALEE FRENCH STYLE CHEESE CAKE when its nothing compared to the FRENCH baking cakes as I have lived in Paris for many years and when you call something CHEESE its not what you have, its mushy cream with some smidge of strawberry topping. WITH ALLTHE FREE FOOD I GET WAS WILLING TO TRY YOUR AT THE PUBLIX BUT NOW WOULD LIKE A REFUND WITH A FREE $3.00 COUPON ATTACH TO MY MAIL AND TRY ANOTHER STYLE CAKE YOU IGHT HAVE . I BENDABLE

Sara Lee used to make a good cheesecake. NO LONGER!
The cracker crust is horrible and clearly not a real graham cracker crust, the cheesecake (cream cheese) has no taste,
You have ruined this product in an effort I am sure to make a cheaper
Product.

I was just wondering what happened to the Master Chef coffee that was sold at Wal-Mart? I also notice that it is no longer available, "out of stock" on Amazon. I like the coffee as does my older parents but we can't find it anywhere.

My parents are in their 80's and they love Master Chef coffee. They are very disappointed that they can longer find. I have tried to find some for them on the net with little results. I found 2 small cans that will only last them a few weeks. Could you assist me in finding more of this product?

i am a coffee buyer that would purchase master chef coffee at walmart. I always bought the 30.5 ounce can. I have discovered walmart doesn't carry the 30.5 ounce can, they only offer a very small can, not sure how many ounces. I am very disappointed i can't buy master chef coffee and am forced to buy maxwell house in the 30.5 can. Thank you for listening to my complaint.

We were in Southern California and Safeway had Carrot Cake Bagels. We loved them but have not found them in Renton, Washington yet. When are you going to bring them to Washington? This bagel is a 10 and you should keep making them regularly. They were moist and had lots of carrots and raisins.
PLEASE bring to Washington state.

Our family loves, loves, loves all your products, but our very new favorite is the Artesano Bread. Fantastic! Even the grocery checkout clerks comment on how much they love it too.

Keep up the good work!

Often times Safeway runs out, and it ruins my day.

Over the past several years I have noticed the quality of Sara Lee Bagels decline. I would rather pay $1.00 more per package and get more raisins and good quality cinnamon. Make the change and I will start buying them again.

We purchased a cherry Sara Lee pie for Christmas eve dinner thinking that Sara Lee would be a delicious option rather than baking our own. Much to our surprise, there were hardly any cherries and one of them had a pit in it. Before throwing the rest of the pie away, I counted the actual number of cherries in a full one-half of the pie - 18 total. The pie had very little filling and most of it was just the gelatin portion. So sad and disappointing - thought more of Sara Lee products.

The last two times I purchased your Sarah Lee Cinnamon Raison Bagels I have been disappointed. I expect to find a pleasant cinnamon taste and more than three raisons per bagel and can not. Why is that? I mostly will not purchase your product again.

In a number of gatherings I have been in, of all things, we ended discussing why Healthy Choice Bread was no longer available. We have all been doing many trials of other breads, but nothings seems to compare. Is there any chance it could be brought back?
