my name is Frank Camidge I bought easy cd burner and the disc. got on chat and there is no way for me to send a reply to his questions. I am really trying to download the disc to my computer and havde been unable to do it.

As I stated previously I cannot get your program to work properly when trying to edit video, screen pop up telling me there�s no response. Windows never have a solution. Apparently there something in your program that works temporarily and stops working. I'd like to know how to fix the problems without spending weeks and months trying to get this resolved as before.
I also purchased roxio vhs to dvd, which is one piece of junk software.
Additionally, forget going to the roxio forum, which is run by rude folks that provide no help.
A sad, sad excuse for a company and I will do my best to alert anyone and everyone to stay as far away as possible.
I hope thye enjoyed the money they got from me. because they will not get one more cent.
This is the worst service support I have ever encountered using software that will not work and being unable to talk to a technician about the problem. The Customer Service in India was no help the phone number listed is no help and the web page is even worse. I'll never purchase roxio VHS to DVD software again. Roger
Purchased VHS to DVD3. Wouldn't take product key code during set up. Impossible to get any help. Haven't given up yet but Roxio service leave's a lot to be desired. My next step likely to return the product to the supplier. Very sad as even the Dell web site gives a very high rating of this product.

I was calling to ask about one of your products BUT the number was "currently out of service or is having technical difficulty"..I called last night + waited over 8 minutes for a "technical support person" as advised by a voice. However, after doing this twice (I REALLY wanted help) I gave up.
I paid $94.22 to Roxio directly on June 22nd, via online purchase (Digital River) and I specified that a DVD be shipped to me due to my prior problems with downloads that others here mentioned. (I've bought this product several times thru the years.) When I received the DVD it was defective. Since then I have been trying to get Roxio to replace it. I have not been successful yet and it's October 30th.
I was not aware of Roxio's (actually that's Corel's) terrible reputation for customer service until I started surfing for a telephone number. (Note that the telephone number no longer contacts. Instead there's message about calling other numbers for other products and then the number hangs up on the caller
Tried to download Roxio and it would not download. After so many attempts it blocks you out. Tried to call support and they are not available. The numbers online are out of order. I am going to my bank Monday a.m. and getting my money refunded. I'm thrilled I used debit card and can get refunded immidately. Same issues with this company in 2009. I will not use Roxio again. Buyer beware. Read all the emails below and take heed. This is not a good company to use.
Have been trying to get technical support for Roxio and have been getting the run-around. Send e-mails and the dumb ass responds with the help info I've all ready read. Help instructions are convoluted and too technical for me. Tech info tells me things I do not know nor understand and can't use. They have lost a customer and I advise everyone not to buy Roxio. Reviewers praised the product. They had to be paid-off. All they want is your money and to hell with customer service. To me, this is the most garbage program. Put the word out: don't buy unless your have money to burn.
Took me a half hour just to get to this page and after reading the comments concerning customer support ... I give up. I have used this product for 15 years and no probs til installing roxio 10 on windows 7. The patch I downloaded can't find the program and it is dysfunctional without it.
Kinda makes you wonder how some company's stay in business.

There is a language barrier with their customer service. Is there an alternative . I just cannot spend hour on the phone with the receiving no help. Why can't every company compare to Apple or Amazon.
great! I wish I had researched this prior to purchasing Roxio Creator 2012 for download. $100 and it won't download and after trying numerous times it now say's I am only allowed 3 downloads. I need to make a movie asap and now I am out $100. I hope I can get a refund but it sounds like that will also be difficult
I purchased Roxio Creator Pro 2012 via download. Started download Friday at 5 pm and it took till Sunday afternoon just to download on a brand new computer. I had problems and was told by email tech support to uninstall and start again. I did this 3 times! Finally got tech support live and he couldn't download either! Was told to ask for refund. Bet I don't get that either! What a rip off! Bad customer service and rude Facebook moderators! Scam scam scam
I had roxio creator 9 and 10 on my machine. I constantly had problems with version 10 so I uninstalled it. Heres the problem the uninstall also took version 9 with it. Both could not be reinstalled and no customer support. I have no choice but to buy Nero for only $49.
UNBELIEVABLE! I wish I'd read this blog before I spent my money with Roxio. This is an example of really poor product and service. All they want is your money, and make it impossible to get help or a refund.
As far as I'm concerned, I would classify Roxio as a Terrorist Organization !
I never had a problem with the SONIC program that was installed on my Compaq laptop by HP. so I thought Sonic/Roxio was a reputable company... couldn't be farther from the truth. YES ! ROXIO SUCKS ! DON'T BUY ROXIO !
