I have tried for 4 days trying to contact customer service and spent 3 hour or more per day on hold. This is the worst service company I have ever tried to contact.

I sent in my 18v drill go an authorized dealer in July. They couldn't fix it, and was told Ridgid would send me a replacement. That was on the 28th of August. I've called numerous times to get this straightened out, and it almost November! I have no idea if this will ever get resolved. I advice you to pray nothing goes wrong with any of your tools, and if it does, just buy another one.

I have tried 4 times and contacted them 5 times regarding a failed battery. My replacement has been approved 4 times now and I have yet to see the replacement. I have tried to contact them and several numbers and all I get is a message stating the hours they are open. I am calling DURING those hours and no option to speak to a customer service rep. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business! I will no longer purchase or support Ridgid in any way from this point forward!

I am very disappointed with your crappy customer service. I have tried for 2 days now. I have emailed you with all the information about my problem with no response from you. I have waited on the phone with nothing but saying you have more than average call volume. If this is how you show how you value my business then that tells the story.

I have been trying for 2 days to arrange a replacement battery under your lifetime battery replacement program. I frustratingly find It is impossible to navigate both your web page to do this, your chat program, and your phone system. If this is a designed in feature you have accomplished making it impossible to arrange a replacement.

I need to speak to a person about repairing or replacing one of my power tools that I have registered and have a lifetime warranty on it but can not and have not been able to talk to a person. And no luck with virtual that is a useless waste of time.

I have been buying from ridgid for 6 years now and had the worst help on getting new tools and batteries replaced at the Greenville tx location, I have never had a problem getting a new item replaced ASAP, that's the only reason I buy ridgid for the warranty and some reason they break fairly quick. I have a lot of tools that need to be replaced or fixed ASAP so I can continue doing my construction.

Unacceptable wait time on the phone, I have been holding 75 minutes and have called 7 consecutive days with each day 75+ minutes with no answer. I have my LSA and equipment serial Numbers ready BUT no rep to help me out, looks like its time to switch to DeWalt or Makita, waisted over $500.00 on these tools as I can no longer use them because I can't reach customer care to replace the batteries.

On 9/27/27 I returned a Rigid R4331 planer to Home Depot in St.George Ut.for repairs under the lifetime warranty.

I received two phone calls stating it would cost in excess of $350.00 for the repair.

I did register this tool at the time of purchase. It has been repaired previously by Ridgid.

What is the current status of my report order. When can I expect my planer returned repaired under the lifetime warranty.

i bought a 14 in. band saw from ridged and the upper support bracket snapped so i call them they argue with me and say i didn't register it but i did .so any way they send me the part for free then a while later same part snaps again it's made out of cast aluminum i guess. so i call them same story i didn't register it so i just paid for the part myself that was back in 2012 now today is 01/16/17 the upper shaft /hinge wheel assembly snaps the blade come flying off the saw could have injured me severe anyhow didn't want to argue with them i just go to order the part on line and guess what they are discontinued now i have a400+dollar saw that is in very good shape i barely used and call them several times and they just transfer me over and over i don't know what to do will some one from ridgid please do something in two

First attempt to download manual for my rigid vacuum and my antivirus software finds it unsafe. The reason, instead of a PDF file to download there is an exe. Most likely this bs program the site requires you to download is a conduit for malware no reason to trust this website!

Unacceptable wait time on the phone. I'm a Home Depot Associate and trying to take care of our customer. As of now I've been waiting 12 min and yet to talk to one of your associated. Very poor customer service.
