I revived the new cpap. Was fine for while now does not work. Each time I called to send it in for repai the calls hang up on the middle of conversation. Although customer service had my emai address I heard nothing. They are acting as they do not to repair my cpap. Please advise

When I registered my Philips TV the wrong date for purchase is shown it is one day off. I tried to correct it but could not. I have tried everything on the website to get this corrected. Even phoned and they did not answer. Does this void my warranty as my sales slip shows a different date.

I've bought 2 blue Ray dvd players 1st quit in 2 weeks took it back to walmart and got second it would not reset to manufacturer setting and kept telling me that DVD wasn't inserted. Took it to walmart they would not do anything because it had been more than 30 days since I had bought it even with receipt
So I am contacting you to get a different one. I would rather have a refund since I had to buy another one so I could watch something .

Wifi can't connect though it say I have internet connection near by... I already turn whole tv off... already did reset... just wont connect to internet.. if know why please let me know.

Been trying to get a 12.00 dollar rebate since June 2018 for a sonicare 4100 thooth brush. I have talked to them five to six times they all say the same thing wait 15 days since June really. The rebate tracking number is 840869568 is there anything you can do ? UPC code is 007502006994 thank you

never ever again will i purchase a phillips product. tv wont turn on - did i mention 2nd phillips tv to break within one year. they require photos of tv front/back & receipt and CLEAR pic of serial # from back of TV which is IMPOSSIBLE. by the time you take photo & upload and attach to email it is blurry do to print being so small. phillips will NOT do a thing to help you unless u can email this impossible task. i took over 300 photos and not one was clear which included me trying to use magnifying glass.

We paused the tv for about 5 minutes while watching a movie and when we got back the tv just stopped working. The power went off and it won't come back on. We checked power outlet and it's working. Just the tv has no power. Please help

I bought the Philips 5.1 home theater for my fiance for Christmas and when we opened it up to be able to use it there was NO power cord. My fiance was very excited for his gift and I tried to call customer service for help. Unfortunately the young lady was no help. She wanted me to pay $4 and change for something that should have been in the box in the first place. All I wanted when I called was to hear "So sorry we will send one out to you immediately. Sorry for your troubles and hope we can solve it." That didn't happen. If I have to I will return said system and buy a different brand. Really liked this with the surround sound but we will sacrifice that in order to be able to use the DVD. Thanks for listening and I hope to hear from you soon.

Received a Shoqbox for christmas, unit has poor battery life so I called Phillips. 6 times C.S. was disconnected ,in Philippines of course. I asked for a U.S. representative and was told "we cant do that". A total disregard of federal law here. Outsourcing not such a good option for them since all it did was pi** me off having to call back 6 times. Stay away from Phillips products until they get better customer service with rep"s in the U.S.A.

We purchased a Viva Deluxe Air Fryer from the Philips Online Store. It turned out that the product had a basket that was way too small so we wanted to return it. The online store requires you get authorization to return the product. We've been trying to get that authorization for two weeks with daily calls to their customer support. No luck getting it; just long holds and lots of apologies.

Today I called American Express and told them the story. They said no problem; suspended the charge; and told me they would resolve the problem an I should not worry about it anymore.

I repaired my Philips AZ2000 Boombox and asked Philips customer service for a diagram to re-thread the tuner cord.They replied that the AZ2000 is unrepairable.I replied that it is repairable because I just did it now all I need is the diagram to re-thread the tuner cord? I didn't get a reply so Ill certainly never buy Philips again.

I puchased a LED 40" Philips tv at Rourkela in June 13.It is not working.Ilodged a cmplaint.A technician came promptly.He could not repair it .He said that he would come and do the needful in the evening and never came back. Complaint no is PBSR .Whenever I am making any local enquiry I am beig told that a particlar part is on transit.I am a senior citizen.Idont know what to do.Pl help.

Wish I would have read all these comments before purchasing a Phillips TV I am going on 5 months with their customer relations. I have a TV that has a defect and they offered to send me a new one but then told me they don't have any of that kind any more so they will buy it back. Well I bought it "cheap" and no way will be able to buy another at the same cost. So confused that they make tvs and cant find me a comparable one. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS. They wont tell me a number for the corporate who "made" my decision either.

worst customer cervice ever. I was constantly told to call another number then when I did all I got was the same automated message no matter which number I call then when trying to complete the process the machine just says there is no one available and hangs up. Will NEVER buy a Phillips product again because there is no help what so ever if you lose a part or something breaks just like their company.

I have been trying to track an item I purchased Nov 7th. All i can get from cust support is this is turned over to Corp. and they have no way of tracking. I would appreciate a contact from your main office just telling me something you lost it you never sent it or that you really dont care about my purchase you allready took my money so please show some type of courtesy my email

i owe a philips LCD 32 inch, i found some prob in my lcd i complaint in philips arena 4 months ago. till date problem has not been rectified, philips doesnt have a proper technical person, i am really fed up with the ridiculous after sales service of philips.

I purchased an audio system model FWM417/55 2 yrs ago in Buenos Aires, Argentina for approx. $ 850.- 15 months later it ceased to function and I was charged $ 483.- that even with our inflation rate is a considerable fee. 8 months later, the unit presented exactly the same symptom and this time the repair was quoted at $ 523.- Is this the normal performance of your products ? Is this the normal fee for your repairs ?
