I have been trying to get a hold of this company for the last 6 days so far seeing that my IP address has changed & it is not my router it is my modem. I have been doing everything that NCSoft has told people to do. The sad thing about this company is that they do not have any 24 hour tech support number to help people out. So they are going to lose a customer seeing that they can not fix this.
