I have been trying to get a hold of this company for the last 6 days so far seeing that my IP address has changed & it is not my router it is my modem. I have been doing everything that NCSoft has told people to do. The sad thing about this company is that they do not have any 24 hour tech support number to help people out. So they are going to lose a customer seeing that they can not fix this.

I got a new credit card and used it to renew my membership. My bank phoned me to ask about the transaction being ligitimate and not fraud. I told them it was, and the payment was processed on 27th February 2015. Then last week (a month later), I was locked out of the game (Blade and Soul). When I tried to fund out why, I was told that there was a charge-back (WHICH THERE WAS NOT) and that my account is permanently closed and 'no correspondence will be entered into'. I asked for a refund and was told 'my account is 'permanently closed', no reference to my refund request. I have tried to emailAND phone to no avail, nobody is interested. I beieve that NCSoft are thieves as they took my money for the year's subscription (converted to ZAR ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMNT is R2007.53 - A LOT OF MONEY ) and then proceeded to close my account. I am furious at the lack of engaging with me. THIEVES, TAKEN MY MONEY AND THEN CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.

this is a korean MMORPG game based companay that killed City of Heroes in the name for ASIAN MARKET ONLY and 2nd with the City of Heroes fans money kill the game and move the money to the development of Guildwars 2
These people have the worse service. when a arguement from customers and Paragon studios are forced to argue the problems and not lissing to the customers and to all Pargon Studios not lissing to people. its do what NCSOFT demands are or else. they had been Civil law suits against NCSOFT. the pohone service is rude. cut people off never answer thephone and never return phone calls.
there phone service was made to kick people off the phone. the emails are worse. excusesa and cases closed on a excuse of repeat no reports of any kind are allowed. when its allowed. breaking the internatial law and USA Federal Goverment. I asked to move my City of Heores account and there respond is atterney. repeat case closed
there is no service at all.nc soft avoid queations and avoid customers rights.
there are laws in this country and NCsoft broken it. all I ask is to get my city of hereos account fixed. not a hole lot to ask
NCsoft dose not care of customrs in the USA only ASIAN market only my contract with NCSOFT dose not say that. however that what happened
thje level A stocks from NCsoft had droped well belpow 50% in a mater of a few months in 2012 many MMORPGs was killed for no good reasion. its all money and power thats all they want money and power and abuse it

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!! They fraudulently stole $240 from me without my knowledge, they did 4- $60 transactions off my debit card, though i have no idea how they even got ahold of my card number. I've never even heard of this company until my credit union alerted me to their robbery! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!
